People who take part in protests like that which involve and disrupt people who have nothing to do with issue come off as huge narcissists. They seem to care more about doing it for their own self-satisfaction that they did something good than they actually care about having a positive impact on their cause. Disruption and awareness is like a bottom of the barrel consolation prize because no matter how much of an utter failure they were at doing something positive they put themselves in a win-win situation in which they can cling to that to convince themselves they actually did something good instead of feeling like, you know, losers.

How do games this awful still get made in the modern day?

Like I have to assume it was still developed by a team of professional game developers no matter how small the budget was. Yet Ive seen hobbyist developers on YouTube produce things that, albeit usually much smaller/unfinished, that would blow this game out of the water as far as design, concept, etc.

Fat is a fuel source for your body. Generally speaking if you have excess fat its because youre ingesting excess calories in relation to the amount of energy you expend in a day.

If you reduce calorie intake to an appropriate level beneath excess then your body will burn the excess fat for fuel.

Combine that with exercise and increasing your energy expenditure and you can reduce that excess even quicker. The mistake many people make when they start working out for weight loss is that the exercise makes them hungrier and they eat more to compensate without even realizing it.

But yeah, just eating less does truly work. But the less exercise you combine with eating less the more food you have to cut out. Same thing with exercise, if you just workout but still eat in excess the more youll have to exercise to see progress. Better to do both and burn the candle from both ends to make each process easier.

Youre not weak, but youre not what would be considered intermediate.

Strength is usually measured with the compound lifts, so for some comparable lifts to what you posted like the dumbbell press youd have to bench press around 225lbs to be considered intermediate. Youre probably more in between novice and intermediate.

Someone else above already said it though, best to not compare yourself to some subjective standards and just focus on overall improvement.

Your body will recover and continue adapt. If youre starting from square one especially, you will get stronger, faster, more stamina, etc. even doing the wrong things. Your technique will also improve if you stick with it.

Im not a big advocate of CrossFit, but it is exponentially better than doing nothing. Plus, despite the stigma around CrossFit, if your gym is legit the instructors will actually be very knowledgeable and can teach you a lot while keeping you safe/healthy.
