Thanks man, it is treating me good. Im totally not feeling stressed. My realtor who is helping me get my apartment had an update that the current tennant is saying they are leaving at the end of the month forsure, so i should be good there.
I played animal crossing all day and played undertale through to the end tonight (i played about 3 hours last night). Wow, i needed that kind of game right now - it was on my backlog for so long.

I was off of social media all day and it was great.

Sounds good. To be honest, Im kinda jealous of the hotel stay, Lol.

Ive got to get Animal Crossing. Im not the only one in the family who wants to play it, which is uncommon. But Ive got a backlog like you, so maybe I should get through those first before buying a new title.

Personally, I wouldnt frame the situation as either of you being victims, but she is also literally the person who initiated the divorce. I would remind her of that every time she chooses to play the blame game.

It sounds like its going well, all things considered. Ive heard of some real horror divorce stories, so Im glad youre not going through that.

Had our first meeting with our lawyers and us today. According to the lawyers this looks really simple.
My wife came in there all friendly and all smiles, just like any other meeting that wed go to. Not sad at all. Real fucking nice. I feel like a bag of shit.

Its possible she feels differently than how shes presenting herself, but I think its more likely that shes simply had more time to process the breakup and move on. She initiated the divorce, yes?

I think you just need to catch up, in a sense.

Geeze my dudes, today is super rough and i dont really know why. Maybe all the stress is catching up to me, i dont know. Im out here working and am sitting in one of my offices and am on the verge of teara and i dont even really know why.

Yeah, sometimes I dont know which is worse- the breakup where my ex was really mean and confusing about it, or the time I had an ex who really wasnt bad but it was obvious we werent meant for each other and it just seemed tragic somehow.

Maybe talk to your lawyer about what the possibility is of you keeping the house. Is that even something you want, or do you just want a clean (i.e. even) break from any joint assets? I mean I would try to keep the house if you have no plans to move, but sometimes moving away does help heal the emotional wounds.

I dont think its really helpful to continue talking to your ex so much. I mean I get it that you have history and you cared about her, and on top of that is guilt. But you cant heal this way. Its like bandaging up a huge cut and the doctor is telling you to rest, but you keep pulling out the stitches and trying to run marathons.

Its good that at least youre not fighting or getting too emotional now, but Im hoping you can put some distance between the two of you. Itll give you the perspective you need and help you avoid not acting in your best interest.

Crazy Rich Asians was just Ok. It was very predictable and the standouts were Awkwafina and Ken Jeong, not the two actual stars of the show. I think I laughed a couple of times when they werent on screen, maybe. Other than that, I didnt really buy into the romance because I do not think Constance Wu and Henry Golding had much chemistry together, although they are pretty people.

Its Ok, dude. A lot of us have gone through something similar. To be fair, I wasnt married, but I did get my heart broken a long time ago. I dont even think I did anything wrong, but she still played me like a yo-yo, as in claimed she needed space, then later wanted to get back and so we did, then she ended it abruptly. The back and forth was torture and I couldnt lean on anyone to give me good advice, like explaining that I should have had more self esteem and I was ultimately responsible by setting myself up for pain. But that breakup was good in the long run because I learned a lot from it. Whatever happens now between you and your wife, I hope you also can get something positive out of it.

I mean in theory Trump is responsible for determining who the US trades and goes to war with, and you're saying it's a problem if the potential targets of those things care about that.

Representatives always mean something. They wouldnt be in their position, if they didnt.

Im saying that the President of the US isnt like some other leadership positions where youre basically there for life or that there isnt internal conflict going on domestically. Clearly a lot of US Americans dont even want him in the position and are doing everything they can to get him out. Even if they fail, Trump will be out in a relatively short amount of time. Its built into the system. This isnt true for Russia and China, the other two major powers of the world.

Aside from that, people already made up their minds long ago about whether or not they respect the US. Im talking about the nation, itself.

I dont know if this counts as weird. I went on a blind date with a lesbian who had not yet come to terms with her homosexuality. It was pretty obvious from the start that the date was going to be a waste of time. My buddy, who set me up with her, didnt even seem to notice that issue. I think he was doing it as a favor for his date, who was best friends with my date. Anyway, the date felt like how I imagine it would be to date your sister.

Prequels were not really good, but they did have Darth Maul, a young Obi-Wan Kenobi and Qui-Gon Jinn. Those three characters are more iconic than the new cast. I did have high hopes for Finn, but I think they unfortunately lost sight of having him as an important character.

Thank you. I started going to the gym and dieting. I did 35-40 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and light weight training. I also cut out all junk food, simple carbs and added sugar.

The hardest part was realizing I legitimately had a food addiction and needed to stop looking at food to make me feel better or reward myself. Like I had a bad day today. Im gonna order pizza and wings tonight or stress eating an entire bag of potato chips >_>

Thanks for the info. I like that its straight forward and not a diet secret or magic pill, like a lot of people try to sell. I dont have nearly the same amount to lose, but Im gonna do what you did and start the day after Christmas.
