Its seriously not hard, I was raised as a kid to do it, I used to have jobs cleaning up after people who didnt care and I have friends and family who would be embarrassed if we were messy. Its strange that youre making it sound like its super difficult or maybe involves crossing some profound boundary of etiquette.

Picking up your litter like popcorn just takes seconds and is really not hard to be consistent about when youre hanging out with a lot of people with a similar mindset and who have no problems verbalizing that you should clean up your damn mess, as they usually put it.

I already do that.

I dont leave my trash on the floor and I throw it in the appropriate bins. It does surprise me that others can be so messy at the theaters, but I guess Im also biased and more aware of it because I used to work service jobs like waiter, cashier and such.

That does not make any sense. Atheism is lacking belief in a god or gods. Thats the only thing thats fundamental to all atheists. Creation doesnt even factor into it, unless its something a particular atheist wants to address. A person could simply say they dont know anything about that, and theyd still be an atheist.

I mean not having kids would feel like a massive letdown to my ancestors. Obviously we will never know, but its something I kept thinking about for a long time. They survived plagues and various diseases that had no cures or treatment. They probably had to suffer through low crop yields, unsuccessful hunts and other famine-related periods. Probably had to fight or run away from bandits who would literally cut your throat over pieces of bread or salted meat, and maybe even from Sabre tooth cats and wolves, if you go back far enough. And of course it mustve been difficult to worry about all that and then look for a mate.

Now we have an abundance of food available on practically every street, medicine isnt perfect but its better than its ever been and sex is casually available. But we wont have kids because it does not sound fun. For sure, its a personal choice and everybody has that right to decide either way. I just cant shake that feeling that it would be a letdown for all that your bloodline had to go through up until this point in time.

But its minimal effort and shows respect.
