I highly doubt Bass is telling the whole story here. I wouldn't be surprised if the actual scenerio went something like this:

*Kid drops popcorn*
Wife: Stewardess! My kid spilled her popcorn, we need it swept up!
Flight attendant: We'll clean it up with the rest of the plane after disembarking ma'am.
Wife: But I don't wanna sit here with popcorn at my feet!
Flight attendent: Ma'am, we can't have you standing up and moving around while the plane is in the air, and we can't sweep while you can your kids are sitting there. You can pick it up yourself if you want, otherwise you'll have to wait until after we land.
Wife: *huffs* Fine, then I will do it myself!
Idiot pitcher: *throws temper tantrum on Twitter*

[LFAQs-redacted-quote]

Actually his specific complaint seems to be about his pregnant wife being made to get down on her hands and knees, which he is 100% right to be complaining about and which the airline would be right in firing one of their flight attendants for

And you actually believe him that they "made" her do this?

If the flight attendant gets fired for making a pregnant woman get down on the floor and clean up popcorn, then it's because the flight attendant shouldn't have done that. He has every right to complain about it, and also kids making messes is not "shitty parenting" on this planet or any other

she didnt make her. Fucking liar

As a matter of fact my first post in the topic was questioning how hard it would have been to just say no. I don't know why she didn't refuse, but I'm not sure that's really the issue at hand.

And shock I don't know what your deal is but I hope you're able to work through it

The part I found weird was the part about pregnant women not being able to go places alone.

But also whose alt are you? Everything you say is garbage.

I never a pregnant woman shouldn't go to places alone. I said she shouldnt have been traveling alone and im saying she needed help. She's 5 months pregnant with a 2 year old and a five year old with no help. She has a rich ass husband who wasn't even there. He could have hired some help. I don't see how what I said was weird.

Imagine going to the theater and everyone has to pick up popcorn before you leave lol

I already do that.

I dont leave my trash on the floor and I throw it in the appropriate bins. It does surprise me that others can be so messy at the theaters, but I guess Im also biased and more aware of it because I used to work service jobs like waiter, cashier and such.

I bet you pick up your trash and your drink and your bag of popcorn, but if you spill some of that popcorn on the way to the theater from the snack bar, or while youre in the theater, you dont pick up the individual pieces of popcorn

and if you say you do, I wont believe you

Its strange that youre making it sound like its super difficult or maybe involves crossing some profound boundary of etiquette.

Picking up your litter like popcorn just takes seconds and is really not hard to be consistent about when youre hanging out with a lot of people with a similar mindset and who have no problems verbalizing that you should clean up your damn mess, as they usually put it.

Bruh, yes.

Its seriously not hard, I was raised as a kid to do it, I used to have jobs cleaning up after people who didnt care and I have friends and family who would be embarrassed if we were messy. Tbf, its not like we drop shit all over the place all the time, anyway. Do you really not know anyone who cleans up after themselves?

No you don't. You wouldn't be able to find every piece since popcorn is light enough to move away from where it was dropped.
