Even if there ends up being more context about the first shot (doesn't seem like there will be from current details), I don't think any context in the world would justify shooting someone already down in the head. For that alone, the guy needs to be arrested.

Yeah I'm not saying the first shot is justified, I absolutely don't think it is... but that second shot removes any sliver of plausible deniability.

Unfortunately, he had to run to three different homes before someone finally agreed to help him after he was told to lie on the ground with his hands up.

The racist shooter should get life in prison, fucked up that the cops let him out after 24 hours because the supposedly don't have enough evidence to charge him with anything.

Hopefully the teen wakes up soon and is able to give a statement so the cops can charge and arrest the racist ass shooter

I remember when there was the story of the black kid falling asleep on a bus and he knocked on someone's door, preparing to ask for directions to his school. The dude came out and started immediately shooting. Luckily the kid ran and didn't get hit, plus the racist ass got prison time. Hopefully, the same happens here, but I won't be surprised if he gets nothing.

I also remember The Admiral going to great lengths to claim that the kid was "casing the joint" for a future robbery and the homeowner was within his rights to defend his property.
