The weird thing is that women don't get punished harshly either. They might lose their job, but they will rarely get registered as a sex offender or face prison should they be found guilty of such behavior

Im not sure that qualifies as a double standard, or at least not for being unfair.

Generally, it is not easy for men to sleep with lots of women, so you get praised for that if you can.

Men are expected to ask women out because it's tradition. Women won't ask men out allegedly because of that but in reality they just don't want to get rejected.

Not universal by any means but even among millennials this is still far too common.
