Wow lot of hype for tonight's Raw huh
I guess it was pretty good. Jericho's trolling was actually done properly this time. Good promoing and Cena showing signs of embracing the hate is a great idea. There were some abysmal moments like the divas match (which was bad even for a divas match) but what can you do. But I can't say I expected quite so much HYPE from this topic. -- No problem! Just rewatched it. Really good stuff.

I doubt it'd balance out for me, even when I actually get through FFX-2 and see all the characterization (generally find this somewhat overrated in the first place) she gets. (It'll happen, someday)

Breaking it down by stats, what you gain from Randuins:
100 hp 75 armor 25 hp/5 regen (not terribly useful cause you already have philostone) 5% CDR Slow Nearby Enemies Active What you gain from Shurelya's: 330 hp 12 hp/5 regen 7 mp/5 regen 15% CDR Movespeed Active So Randuin's gets crummier regens, 230 less hp, -10% cdr, and is 800 gold more expensive. The active is potentially stronger but Shurelya's is functionally going to be useful more often. Unless you're against a heavy AD team and really need the armor there's pretty much no reason to use Randuin's, even if you think you can use the active effectively without getting yourself killed. Even used optimally the active isn't that much better. -- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |

Big reason is probably cause Shurelya's costs 1450 to upgrade and Randuin's costs 2250.
Shurelia's also gives you better bonuses for a support in general-- triple the cooldown reduction is big. And more hp is often more useful than more armor for a support (realize that most of randuin's bonus hp is already had from the heart of gold so you don't gain much there) since they're not going to as often be in a position where they're in danger of death from anything but burst-- meaning it's usually AP that's going to be the danger more than AD. Randuin's also requires you to be in the thick of it to use its active whereas Shurelya's you can use from back away from the fray where a support will typically big. So yeah lots of reasons basically -- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |

The "but a little annoying in excess" thing doesn't really happen in FFX. She tends to not be ridiculous.

9.5. Again. Feel dirty giving two 9+ points in a row but I like this archetype and she's just the right amount of bubbly in FFX to help prevent the story from being too srs bizniz but not get annoying. Also she's pretty hot when she's wearing something that leaves a bit to the imagination (basically not her default Thief dressphere from FFX-2) otherwise comes off as too skinny for my tastes. One of the more interesting party members to use too with the mixing thing.

Get a handheld console and "half watch" Raw, letting the handheld occupy more of your attention than not. Or a laptop with Skyrim. If something presumably interesting comes up then give it your full attention. Usually I'll fully watch the matches and the more interesting interviews, mostly ignoring the clips and the zzz interviews. Very rarely does it turn out that I feel like I missed something I needed to see.

Cause uh HGR's Lux goes like 16/0/20. I'm a lot less good with her and I can usually put up something like 12/3/8 going pure glass cannon. I'm not one to harp on scores too much but the key to look at there is the deaths. Keeping from dying is not the issue with Lux. If it is you need to learn to use your skills better and position yourself better. She's got godly range and a snare, slow, and a shield so spending significant resources on durability is usually wasted income most of the time. Among Luxes that know how to play, it usually either goes "Lux finishes the fight with near full hp" or "Lux gets dunked because she was out of position and would've been dunked easily unless she did something stupid like build full tank"
The issue with Lux is upping your damage enough to remain relevant in team fights. Almost every losing game I've seen with a Lux that was partially to blame was not because the Lux died too much-- it's because her damage just wasn't high enough. -- No problem! The minor characters could use better fleshing out Being forced to use the major characters for more CP is kinda limiting Scouts are a bit OP It's amusing because VC2 addresses all of these problems, but introduces its own with the story being a lot less compelling and smaller maps (this might be necessary because of the PSP's limitations) Basically combine the gameplay and approach to characterization of VC2 with the big maps and story of VC1 and you'd have a 10/10 game. -- No problem!
