I kinda agree with Cody. Maybe not for the reasons he thinks since he's not really clear on the why from that blurb but I feel like wrestling thrives based on guys becoming big stars. Unionized jobs tend to put people at a baseline and don't give a ton of incentive to excel at your work.

Unionized pro wrestling would basically be current time WWE but it would be that across the board, across all companies. No stars, a bunch of middle of the road guys that just do what they're told with seniority being king for who gets pushed etc etc. I just don't really think it's a business that would do well with it.
