Could never get into it, but I also don't like a lot of metroidvanias. Well, I should clarify and say I like them when they are heavy on the "Metroid" and light on the "vania". Not a lot of them do this (Axiom Verge, at least the first one, is probably the best example that isn't actually from the Metroid series).

Depends how you are using them.

If you are adding the meat and vegetables while making the sauce (I.E. Bolognese, Puttanesca, etc.) then it is "part of the sauce".

If you are covering the meat and vegetables with the sauce after it is cooked, then no.

Oh I didn't realize you leased, that makes a little more sense.

I've always thought of leasing as being a waste of money, but I don't know. People make some good points about how cars depreciate in value anyway, plus I think you possibly get maintenance benefits from leasing?

"Depreciate in value" only really means anything if you intend on selling it. I usually drive my cars until they can't be driven anymore, or the upkeep cost isn't worth it. I sold my last car for $600, and that was the most money I ever made selling a car. My current car is almost 10 years old and I fully intend to keep it for at least another 10 years.

Most of them closed, there are a few around, but nothing close enough I would go to on the regular. Plus I can't shove food down like I used to 10+ years ago so buffets are not really my thing.

We didn't miss it, it is just a moot point. There are plenty of games that had complete turn-over (Doom -> Doom Eternal for example) where the later games were as good if not better then the ones that came before it. Just judge a game based on what it is, not who makes it.

Anyways..

I think most of the problems of that house could be solved if they just built a second story and put the bedrooms up there. Having a one story house with more than 3 bedrooms is just clunky. Then again, looking at the Zillow listing, it is California and it was built in the 50's. Pretty sure they are allergic to two story houses there.

Or wait, it says in the listing it is a 3 bedroom house but the floor plan has 4 bedrooms? And technically one of the two bathrooms is a half bath, and it is attached to a bedroom, not the living room? Now I am confused...

Just a repeal. The point to integrate the US in the ICC was back in 98 when it was laying out the blueprints of how it wanted the ICC to function. When none of those came to fruition, any chance of the US being part of the ICC was dead and not joining is essentially the only thing Democrats and Republicans can agree upon (other then raising their own salaries).
