Too many seconds a moments in the day not to catch some bad luck. It's gonna happen. Sucks while you're making payments on a new car. If you wanna spend the money to fix it, it'll probably make you feel better. It did me. It's normal to want to keep it mint. Makes you feel better about it. Imagine how I felt one month into owning a new car when someone rear ends it while my Mum is driving it, right in front of a cop at a weird intersection. The damage to the rear bumper was enough to replace the exterior of the bumper and it fractured the windshield; the windshield was the real sour point as it came with the perfect factory tint baked into the window, but the OEM replacement glass that comes out of the same kiln and goes down the same line, does not have the tint baked in to the interior laminate. teddy241 posted... Damaged rim can lead to air leakage. Id be careful Possibly. I do have a funny story around those lines though. I got new tires for my old camaro about 15 or so years ago and one of them kept leaking air. My dad and I took it to the tire shop to complain and they tried to sell us on the wheels' metal was oxidizing or some such crap and that is why there was a leakage and I had to buy new wheels. We went home, my dad removed the wheel from the car (tire still attached of course), put it in a bathtub and watched where the bubbles were coming from to find where the leak was. He then took a piece of chalk or marker or something and made a mark right where they came from. We went back to the tire shop and asked them to remove the tire from the wheel in front of us. Right where he put that mark, there was a little sticker on the tire that had been hidden by the rim of the wheel. They removed the sticker and I didn't have problems anymore after that. ... RagOnAStick posted... Oh I didn't realize you leased, that makes a little more sense. "Depreciate in value" only really means anything if you intend on selling it. I usually drive my cars until they can't be driven anymore, or the upkeep cost isn't worth it. I sold my last car for $600, and that was the most money I ever made selling a car. My current car is almost 10 years old and I fully intend to keep it for at least another 10 years. --- My bookshelf: https://www.goodreads.com/review/list/152760030 Comics: https://leagueofcomicgeeks.com/profile/dikitain ...
