405 was actually my first strength goal Ill hit. Unless I get my full ROM 315 squat. Though I am already squatting 3x5 sets of 275 on squats so I could probably do it now.

yeah bro, you got 315 and 405 lol. you just have to get out there and do it.

for me personally, anytime I hit like 275x5 or 405x5 or whatever, I was always able to do the next the next "jump." like, 275x5? 315. 315x5? 365, etc. you got it.

I got it tested when I was in like 2nd or 3rd grade, and I want to say it was...143? Not saying that means anything when you're 8 years old. That being said, if it was 143, I'm sure it's gone down with all the alcohol and caffeine I drink lol

I don't know your size, arm length, etc. but the Alan Thrall deadlift set up video never helped me because my arms were too short, seriously. I have to sit back quite a bit in my deadlift because I can't flatten my back, while keeping my hips up and grabbing the bar because my arms are too short.

Sitting back is fine, but maybe sumo would be worth trying too.
