After gaining over 20 pounds this summer I think I'm ready for a 405 lb bench press. Not something I want to try without safety bars or a spotter though despite never training with them.

having a little mac-tier disadvantage is just really bad, and i'd even argue that mac's options make him slihgtly better offstage
once you get "don't standard getup" in your mind it's really hard to be janked by them

it's funny because when the game came out, there were legit tier lists from pros that had the belmonts as top or high tier. now they're pretty solidly mid. That makes it all the more impressive at how good Simon is with them.

sometimes when i finish playing smash i am definitely a little miffed or agitated and others i am a lot more at ease. not sure. like i lost a lot tonight but i felt pretty good too now that we're done.

i think the wolf matchup is even but you let me play so safe since the only hits on my shield are always super safe and easy to read
dashgrabs got too predictable after a point and i think all his aerials but a perfectly spaced forward air (?) is easy to punish, and since you mostly approached me with nair and dash attack i was getting free up+bs
i'm halfcertain forward tilt is safe on shield

i kept reading your getup attack but i'm really sloppy at spacing near the ledge because i usually just punish it with a downtilt (which can kill at about 90% or lower depending on how bad the recovery is) and i need to improve on that. i could also just shield it and upsmash

i might be able to come back later but i'm not sure

idk how I missed this but thanks for the advice. i think you're right on the safe options, i just respect G&w so much that I feel like I can never punish anything. Watching maister vs. CDK, CDK is really good at challenging maister's moves. i'll have to go back to the drawing board on this one with wolf. i feel like mixing in more tomahawks might do some good too along with just overall spacing better.

It depends on how much you do, and how long rest periods are. Im a big proponent of high volume training so 2h-2h30m is routine for me. The bulk of it is spent doing my heavy compound lift since I like to take 3-5 minute breaks on my heaviest sets, especially if I have a partner. I tried to shorten my workouts in the past, but it hurt me more than helped me.

Basically this. When I squat/bench/deadlift, that's 45min-60min of my workout. Then the next hour is accessories then some time for stretching.
