It turns out that The Last of Us Part 2 actually won't have a multiplayer mode, contrary to reports last year saying otherwise. At an event earlier this week, Naughty Dog Lead Game Designer Emilia Schatz confirmed the lack of multiplayer in an interview with USgamer. In a follow-up after the event, Sony re-confirmed the news.

We're focusing on a single-player experience, so we're just making a single-player game for this," Schatz said during the event when asked about what sort of form the previously-confirmed multiplayer mode would take. "Correct, it is a single player game," a Sony representative subsequently clarified over email.

If you want the z score between them, you do it twice. Once for 5 and once for 7. Then say you get like 1.5 and 1.7...then your answer is "1.5 to 1.7."

I know this stuff is the basic of basics but I haven't taken a statistics course in many years. Anyways, I know how to find z score and everything. What I do not remember is finding the z score between two different data points.

For example, what is the z score between 5 and 7 using the data from the histogram? I can't find anything concrete on the internet. Admittedly, I did not search super hard but yeah. What would the score be? We already have the mean and standard deviation.

I totally agree with this. If you want to talk about how X is your favorite character in a discussion about said video game without ever playing it, then go ahead. However, if the discussion turns to gameplay, then you need to fuck off. If people start talking about strategies and whatnot, its time for you to leave the discussion.

As long as people understand this, then everything is okay. Fan is a fairly broad term and Im not one for gatekeeping. Personally, I wouldnt take someones opinion on a video game very seriously if they only watched a Lets Play but thats just me.

These. I was the leader during my college days for almost every group project. The key is that I was in charge of writing the report on what each group member accomplished. Therefore, if someone fucked around, I could document it and that person would be docked points. Taking charge or at least making it look like you care is a good skill.

According to what I've read, the player can leave items or such behind for other players to help them on their journey. It's supposed to be an interactive community experience. Say one player decides to start building a bridge across a gap. Other players can chip in on their playthrough and help keep building that bridge. In time, that bridge will be complete constructed since a bunch of players worked on it throughout the course of the game's lifespan.

This is what Kojima is going for. He wants to have the players all come together to forge a path in the game in order to reach the destination. Of course, you don't have to take the path other players took and do your own thing. Thus, making it your own experience.

It sounds neat on paper but since most of the game looks like walking, I'm still not convinced.

I want you to tell me which of these you think seems more likely to have happened.

Option A:

Zoe lied.
The women corroborating her story lied
The other women coming forward with similar experiences with Alec lied.
Multiple coworkers who have known Alec over the span of a decade threw him under the bus and lied
His sister, while announcing his suicide, was also in on it and decided to go along with the lie.

Option B:

Zoe is telling the truth.

Its Zoe Quinn who has a history of being a liar. As soon as this story came out, this man was fired from his job and the people who cared about him disappeared. Do you really think any of them are trustworthy? Do you not see how this story is suspicious?

These tweets contradicting Quinns story are just the tip of the iceberg. It was pointed out that Quinn was not doing well financially before she posted this story on Twitter. Even if I were to entertain this story is 100% true, why post about it on Twitter? Why not try to settle matters privately with him? She knew exactly what she was doing by sending the hate mob on this man. Alec probably did have some issues but that does not give Quinn the right to do what she did. There are two sides to every story. Unfortunately, we will never know Alecs side. Nobody gave him the chance to tell it and now hes gone.

If people do not realize how fucked up this situation is, then I have no more words. Zoe Quinn absolutely could have handled this better. Shes not an idiot. She knew what she was doing. One of you can go ahead mark me for hate speech again just like last time. It really doesnt matter.
