A full powered Dracula would probably stomp Ganon. And the only thing that can stop Dracula inherently is a specific magical weapon or his own power. A full Triforce holder Ganon needs a very specific criteria to be defeated and is functionally a god. If it's just a partial holder, then we just might end up with a shapeshifting war and it'll eventually come down to Dark Beast Ganon vs some monstrous form of Dracula.
