I just don't buy it. All it took to get Kylo back to the light side was just have Leia sacrifice herself? The entire plot was just a series of mcguffins and fetch quests. So Palps wanted Kylo to kill Rey, but then he actually wanted her to go to him alive so she could kill him and absorb his spirit? But then she does kill him (just by grabbing two lightsabers I guess?) and she doesn't absorb his spirit. Dafuq? I can definitely believe the rumors now that there were multiple endings and this thing was just mashed together at the end to try and avoid fanboy rage --- Hello world! |

I think they wrapped everything up a little too neatly, compared to the comic where not only does the "villain" win in the end, but you could even argue what he did was right. The show ended just a little too black and white for me, the good people were good, the bad people were bad, that was it. Still, as a huge fan of the original comic, this was as good of a show as I could have hoped for. --- Hello world! |

Not a revolutionary, mind blowing movie or anything like that, but it is a very solid, creative take on the whodunnit genre. If you are a fan of murder mysteries, you will surely love this movie. It reminded me a lot of Baby Driver, a creative take on a classic genre. My only complaint is very minor and it is that the performances for all the characters were so great, we just didn't get to see enough of all of them. I think Looper is still better (just because I am more of a fan of sci-fi than mystery), but I thought this was just as good as Brick. --- Hello world! |

I totally forgot how exciting it was when you start a brand new pokemon journey, I was hooked right away. So many ridiculous Pokemon now. My biggest complaint so far is there are just too many Pokemon, it is hard trying to pick my favorites for my team! Difficulty has been pretty easy, but I don't think Red got all that hard until like the 6th gym battle, unless you picked Charmander first, took me for god damn ever to beat Brock and Misty on my very first play through at 8 years old... I have also spent a ton of time just exploring around, probably over-leveling for the story. --- Hello world! |
