That seems to be the pattern-- they walk it down then it runs a bit then they walk it down again. AMC has some tricks it can do with the APE dividend as it relates to issuing further dividends which can force covering if done right-- APE being baked into options contracts through 2024 at a 1:1 ratio means AMC would squeeze with it if it ran. --- No problem! | Lopen 09/22/22 12:38:39 PM #320 | The root of the conflict at BBIG has been Colucci (corrupt board member who made himself CEO through likely illegal means) and Philip Jones (corrupt CFO who has been trying to embezzle company funds by paying it into companies providing no value to BBIG (AIPros which appears to be a shell company that does nothing-- claims it does the same kind of stuff AdRizer was doing but it was revealed they were just trying to steal AdRizer trade secrets, and IHeartRadio which Colucci's wife works at-- probably not actually going to IHeartRadio) BBIG developments in the past few weeks
Right now the objectives are: Get Colucci out Get Independent Board members in Get earnings Get merger I believe the resolution of the court case will accomplish the first two items, and the merger/earnings will occur shortly after the court case. Bear case is of course that the court case stalls long enough that the company has Nasdaq compliance issues, but the judge seems to be prioritizing moving things along quickly first and foremost so it's hard to imagine this lasting much longer. I do not think bankruptcy is a real risk here-- Zash has solid financials and this ticker will be a gold mine for them if they get that merger so I think they'll keep BBIG afloat-- I also think BBIG's financial situation is being exaggerated by Colucci to help generate FUD as there is a short hedge fund in a bad place here that has connections with Colucci and some other guy on the board whose name I forget as per the whistleblower testimony from Eric Noble I've been positioning any calls with longer durations and have been going harder on shares, so I'm pretty ok with waiting this out. Every month I accumulate more. I do also have some Intel 2025 30c. Hard to not see that being an easy 5 bagger+ when the stock market stabilizes and Intel's chip manufacturing kicks up in 2024 --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |

I've come to find stuff that is too sweet (ie strawberry shortcake) to be a little much for me (although I still enjoy it, just VERY moderately). I agree with this general sentiment but Strawberry Shortcake is a very strange one to list for this and not one I'd consider too sweet. Most stuff with frosting is too sweet. I like dark chocolate a lot as well as coffee flavored sweets. Carrot cake tends to be pretty good. Also lemon cake. Apple and Pumpkin Pie are great. And vanilla ice cream-- I'm a weirdo and sometimes will just get vanilla at like Baskin Robbins. --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |

Most broken unit in the series in my partially informed opinion. But yeah it's mostly the bases that end up carrying them. I mean I've used Marcus (who is probably the worst of the games I've played) in endgame teams even and while he can't carry the team without stat items he isn't a liability. I don't know who the worst Jagen in the series is but I do actually wonder if any of them are so bad that they become dead weight. --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |

I think the risk of Jagens was always more the risk of them sucking up all your exp if you overused them rather than them outright sucking. Someone just lost sight of that at some point and now the narrative is "well people said they were terrible but their growths aren't that awful for their bases" and that was not really ever the major takeaway to have regarding Jagens. | Lopen 09/19/22 11:42:51 AM #20 | So what the fight is most likely here Yoshi = Kyle Reese Baby Donkey Kong = Sarah Connor Now it plays out more like could Yoshi with Baby Donkey Kong beat the T-800 and I feel like the answer to that is definitely no, but I think T-800 wins just going straight for Donkey Kong too. But there are reasons this could be more directly Donkey Kong vs T-800 with T-800 out to destroy the banana horde or whatever else, and in those situations DK wins. So it still really boils down to whether the Terminator is coming to kill Donkey Kong or not. I feel like it's better form to assume he is, but the answer is COULD DK win and I do think he COULD in many scenarios as long as he wasn't the direct target for termination. --- No problem! Our thoughts mostly align on this movie, and I've always felt the same about it. To me it's just not really in that bottom tier. I mean it's among the lesser of the MCU movies that AREN'T there and I don't completely love it or anything but there is stuff I like and I don't mind watching it. Like I'm in the minority but I'd rather watch The Dark World than Thor. To say nothing of the real crap like Iron Man 2/3 and Age of Ultron. I've always written it off to two things. I love Loki, and Tom Hiddleston in general really. So all of his stuff here is slam dunk for me. I like Kat Dennings and Darcy is a fun character. I unironically enjoy Two Broke Girls-- like it's not my favorite show but it has funny episodes and is above average for sitcoms of that era. So I'm not cringing at her comic relief stuff here and more of it is probably hitting for me than most. I'm not sure if it's quite that simple but that's been my best guess as to why it's hated. There isn't much going on that isn't related to Loki, and Darcy gets a lot of stupid comedy. If the former isn't a big thing for you or the latter irritates you, then you probably hate on this movie. --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |

Basically is the target or someone trying to stop the Terminator from getting his target. DK wins if the latter due to being strong enough to crumple him and plausibly able to get the jump, loses if the former due to the T-800 picking smarter weaponry and strategy for the task. --- No problem!
