I wonder if battle-experienced veterans would even use this parking spot. They don't seem like the type that wants that sort of attention.

If you shoot the motherfucker in the head it doesnt matter. However, officers are trained to shoot center mass. A larger caliber is going to kick harder than a smaller caliber if hit in the same location. In high stress situations aim goes out the window anyway. Its all spray and pray.

This is just advise. You can do whatever the fuck you want. Personally, Im not going to SJW it. Im going in hard. Id rather overkill than do plenty. Your family deserves to see you come home.

Faith is not evidence in any shape or form. Words have meanings for a reason, do not try and redefine words for your own selfish purposes.

Faith is belief without evidence. It's literally called blind Faith for a reason, you're just picking something to believe in and hoping you guessed right. It actually requires the lack of reason and logic.

There was a time when the Middle East was at the forefront of human civilization, multiple eras actually. Some of the first civilizations, like the Babylonians, were based in Mesopotamia. Then in the the earlier parts of the Middle Ages I think that the Islamic world was at the forefront of science, but that ended up going away. I'm not really sure what the main cause for that was, I know the Mongols destroyed a lot of stuff, but I don't know that much history from the Middle Ages.

When I was in the army I sat through a sexual harassent/assault prevention class. The lady giving the brief said we should take complaints 100 precent seriously when they come through and to believe what the woman said.

A guy stood up and said a story of a time while deployed to Afghanistan where a woman who was attached to a special forces team claimed a special forces operator sexually assaulted her. That operator lost his clearance and got kicked out of special forces regiment. But the woman lied about it because the guy refused to sleep with her.

Lady giving the brief said that story didn't matter and that you should believe the woman if she accuses someone of assault/harassment.

That is quite odd and the opposite of what I was reading about this morning. In fact, people were using what the military does with sexual harassment as an example in this Matt Lauer case.

I saw on Reddit a few military members were saying that they will also sit on investigations for years or even decades until they have the evidence to take action and that isn't just verbal accusation.

We have suppressors on our in-car rifles. Personally I think its a waste; whenever we go to the range we always have ear protection on anyway. And if it ever came to a real life scenario where you had to use the rifle, adrenaline would be pumping and you wouldnt be affected by the noise. Might do some damage long term, but the majority of cops never fire their weapon anyway.

It also adds unnecessary weight, and once youre holding a rifle for 15 minutes straight...it starts to feel like a ton. So the less the better when it comes to rifles...at least in my opinion.
