The only one I haven't beaten before is the OG Metroid, which I can play either on the NES Classic or on my GBA Fusion cart. I haven't beaten the original Return of Samus in years, and never made it all the way through Samus Returns. Fusion, Zero Mission, and Super Metroid could also use another playthru.

Here's hoping that Dread knocks it out of the park. I like how fluid the action looks, and the devs tout the same level of non-linearity that Super Metroid enjoys.

There was a store in the 90s that had a bunch of stupid adult shit to buy. They had things like 'body inspector' cards and ED pills (they were just candy). A Trump Supporter card is something I would likely see being sold there, because it's stupid and useless.

Tales of Vesperia should be the one most readily on sale at this point, and is the most fundamentally traditional JRPG out of all of them save Dragon Quest 11. Start with that one and see where it takes you.

I've got a quick stride and I'm tall. I also went down a steep incline and up a similarly steep one. That's a hill nearby that'd be probably pretty good for HIIT, if I ever decided to use it.

I decided to go on a walk, which I hadn't gone on one in some time. I walked 3.2mi (5.1km) in just under an hour. I thought that my job would have built up my endurance some, due to me constantly moving and shit. Guess it doesn't mean anything if you're not elevating your heart rate. Also doesn't help that it's smoky from all the brush fires, though the air isn't terrible right now.

Time to eat some pasta and fucking die.

This series makes it feel like Alisa really is the canon love interest. She's the only one Rean shares a kiss with in the bonding event.

Also Rean confesses to Emma and she doesn't say it back.

The series does a good job of subtly suggesting who the "canon" interests are by how they react in their final bonding events. Alisa is canon. I've seen enough Slice of Life anime to know that it was set within the first 30 minutes of the game. She's the first person you meet, you have an accidental slip, and she acts tsundere for the next little while. Classic anime tropes.
