Wouldn't that take specialized tools to imprint a design on fabric like that? You can buy those gloves for $20 because the place you buy them from deals in volume. Special orders will be quite a bit more expensive. Ask around and see what you can find out.

Its just a fine print sharpie. Baking the snoseal on basically traps the ink inside.
