Whether it's a one on one or just a bunch of guys in the corner, it is extremely important to have a mindset that always keeps the game in your mind. We all understand what it's like when it is your turn to go out. Every player we have there will tell you that it gets frustrating. Each and every coach, every trainer, every playerthey will tell you the same thing. That feeling when it is your turn. No matter how many times you play, that feeling is always going to come back. The heart gets pounding and it takes a lot of energy just to go out there and play. We should be able to feel that even when you get into a game. Let's use just one scenario. It is called a zone defense in the NBA. Most players know it because of the great defensive players of all-time. Every time we are faced with a zone offense, it is the same: You don't have time to think, you just have to respond. You have no time to think, you just have to take that shot.
