Today has probably been my worst birthday yet. Couldn't sleep and had to cancel my doctors appointment but it caused a ton of stress cause I really need the appointment. My sleep itself was terrible and I kept getting woken up by nightmares. Watched episode 1 of carole and tuesday and just started crying for no reason (well I guess all the things I mentioned are the reason). Feel pretty sick today, probably from the poor sleep. No gifts cause any money is just going to paying hospital bills. At least I made this far I guess. I really thought I might not make it to this birthday.

I've been considering trying to play FFXIV again lately. The boring combat actually seems like a draw now that I'm sick. I'm not sure I'd be able to handle it. I wonder if I can still access my account from before. I think I hit around level 30. It'd be really nice to be able to play an MMO.

Yeah thats definitely true. On the bright side we managed to cancel the appointment and only have to pay 25 bucks instead of 400 even though it was like an hour before the appointment and they were really nice about it. Even are gonna try and see if they can get me a remote appointment instead which would help a lot. The other doctor also finally got back to us (after 2 fuckin weeks) and scheduled an appointment for friday so that saved like 2 weeks. Not the total disaster it initially seemed to be. I even went outside for a few minutes since it was relatively warm although I do feel pretty unsteady since then.

If there was some semblance of consistency then I would agree with this but sex isnt inherently bad and certainly anyone 12+ should be familiar with sex. Everyone knows they go lie when they go to pornsites and hit the "Yes Im 18". If you are that concerned then a simple age 13+ filter would work. But these "concerned" parents dont give a damn if their kid watches something extremely violent, as if brutal murder and loss of human life isnt immoral but somehow reproductive actions which create life are.

Redownloaded FF14, paid for a month, and tested it out again to see if I can handle it. So far, so good. I'm pretty happy my old character still exists (level 31 marauder) because I remember it being pretty boring at first. Looks like I'm just before the MSQ that unlocks job quests. Seems I overleveled quite a bit. It's a shame that I can't use the free trial since I previously paid for stormblood despite not reaching level 35. Oh well, 15 bucks isn't that much.

Also finally went through the minor amount of effort to use my PS4 controller on PC. Should have done this ages ago. Just needed to disable it's audio and mic which took like 2 minutes to figure out. Now I don't have to use my janky freelook autohotkey script to play FF14 without pulling out my hair (seriously why isn't right click a toggle by default).

He says One Piece is Pop culture in Japan.
I tried reading up to about chapter 200 but I still am not hooked, what I have read so far was more so forcing myself.
Then he actively dislikes most other pop shonen.

Famfrit. No idea which cluster. I played for like 90 minutes early in the day and was just a little hot from it. Played for 20 minutes later and was very close to calling 911 or going to the ER. I fucking hate being too sick to play a god damn video game. I might still give it a few more tries. Got a doc appointment tomorrow so hopefully it's useful.

Im almost at the point where all I can do is read forums and watch youtube videos and even then, only for so long.

I watched like 100 eps of the anime. The sense of adventure is top notch IMO, the character stories are decent, the fights are garbage of the highest degree, and the pacing is atrocious. I still consider it the best of the big 3 but I feel like it'd be easy for a show to just do every single thing better than it.

Fucking useless ass doctor leaving when I'm still talking to him. I'm gonna die man. Like, these doctors can't do shit, they don't know whats wrong, they won't talk to each other, they won't do any research, they won't admit me to the hospital, they won't tell me at what point they will admit to the hospital, and they lie constantly. I just don't understand how this allowed to happen. 9 1/2 months in, still no diagnosis. Right at the edge of underweight (like 3 lbs off). Dude ordered a test that I don't think I can survive the prep for and he wouldn't tell me what the prep was himself, had the nurse do it after he left mid sentence. Like, doc, I can't fast for a day, I'll die. If you want me to do that, put me in the hospital and give me an IV for nutrients during that day. No drinking for 10 1/2 hours? I can't go much more than 10 1/2 minutes. I almost died for playing 20 minutes of a slow paced video game yesterday. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dude spent the entire appointment looking at his computer facing away from me, kept telling me to wait a few minutes for him to type stuff up, then left while I was still talking to him. At least this time he was ONLY an hour late as opposed to his average of 2 hours late. I want to kill this man. I feel beyond hopeless. If I get healthier eventually, I think I'll move to another country, fuck the US.

Watched bofuri's latest ep. Nice to see maple get a chance to use some of the OP shit she picked up in the last few episodes.

Also holy fuck this is the first time I've ever seen this happen and I'm so glad it did. The characters have to call out their skill name to use a skill but Sally actually made up fake skills to throw people off. It's always bugged me that people in shonen don't do that and this is the first instance I can think of someone using even a base level of trickery in something where you shout your attacks.

Back from the ER again. Liver enzymes lowered again. Now ALT is down to 165 (It was 236 3 weeks ago). Good to have at least a little good news. Still didn't find anything wrong but I thought I was gonna die today and didn't so thats a plus. I guess.

You need to let yourself relax some, you're gunna kill yourself just from the stress. I know that is easier said then done, but maybe try thinking of a happy place when you find yourself hopeless.

I have sometimes have to remove myself from my mental situation and ask myself what good im doing myself by however it is I am reacting.

Lmao a gamespot author who sounds like they dont know what theyre talking about called it a lighthearted kids show.

It's called Made in Abyss. While the show seems like its a lighthearted kid's adventure (and kind of is), Made in Abyss gets real dark in its world building.

Anyone who has seen the show knows its not at all light-hearted. Its about overcoming the seemingly impossible gargantuan task of overcoming a dark hole in the ground that causes debilitating curses, mutates and kills with no mercy. Its not even a mild level of dark, theres literally painful horrid scenes of breaking someones arm so they can amputate the poisoned limb, and a twisted man who revels in experimenting on children wit weird deluded abyss curses by forcing them the ascend muliple levels at a time and watches as their bodies break apart into bloody messy abombinations. I actually had to walk out of the room for that first thing when I saw it for the first time and Im 28.

I started reading RRR and really like it. It's about a lazy half assed musician in his late twenties; he gets one last shot at making it, and just when he decides to get serious about his career, fate throws a few curve balls at him and he winds up on the path to becoming a boxer.

It's pretty fun and lighthearted; kind of an underdog/coming of age combo since washed up and past his prime. It's got very little subtlety either, but that's part of its charm.

Yeah...whelp, just back from the pysch ward of the hospital. Glad to be out of that hellish nightmare. Lost 3 lbs in 2 days and got a total of half an hour of sleep. Also got to hear some pretty depressing things happen around me like a mom whose daughter died a few rooms down crying and people begging to die. Pro tip, don't go the ER for feeling suicidal unless you 100% have to and aren't physically ill.

Had an adverse reaction to some electrolyte powder which made me feel acutely suicidal. Very odd effect. Was terrying and was hoping to just be locked down for a few hours until it wore off. That's not how the process works. Oh well, was a strong mental reset I guess. Of course, the hospital has some corona patients too so hopefully I don't get that. My hand somehow ended up cut up/raw. I'm thinking it's from the soap because the automatic sink they have there is both freezing and terrible so you can never really finish washing off but better that than not sure soap at the ER. Lasts for like 1 second. My mom came in at one point and screamed at one of the nurses. Never seen her do that before, she's like the chillest person ever.

They weren't respecting my very restricted diet because I don't have a diagnosis but after being screamed at they actually changed their tune even though I was still half starved as indicated by losing 3 lbs. They sent me to a psych hospital eventually as is the law and thank fucking god the guy there talked me for like 2 minutes and was like "yeah, I think they messed up, no reason for you to be here" and let me leave but not before some other patient came in to warn me about the new world government and ask me if I was a freelancer or worked for google. I was panicking so hard waiting to get picked up for like 2 hours but did my absolute best to hide it so they didn't have some reason to take me back. They also didn't respect my diet and said I could only sleep at bed time despite already being up for like 34 hours at that point on very little food. I feel like I died and was headed to hell but someone was like "oh wait, my bad, go back to earth". The facility itself felt kind of like a sweatshop made out of an old school building with narrow halls and rooms.

Afterwards went to my aunt's house cause it was closer and slept hard for about 8 hours. I was nearly passing out on my feet. Just now got back home and settled in.

Only ended up missing one appointment and got it rescheduled for friday so I didn't lose TOO much time.

I can't remotely travel. My anxiety has been super high since getting back (which isn't too unusual) but so is my determination for now so just suffering through the abyss of terror and confusion for now. I'm hoping a few days rest will help out. Mentally I still don't feel like myself right now.

I've got a few new treatment options to try as well like broken down amino acid pills which should skip digestion and gonna start on a probiotic just in case that helps. If I can handle the amino acids, I can start exercising a bit. I obviously have to be careful still but exercise really can do a lot and it sucks to not be able to.

My feeling is, I've beaten just anxiety with no meds more than once before so if I can just get healthy enough I should be able to beat it again. For now at least, I'm very determined. I WILL get better and get my life back. I can only hope I can be strong enough to maintain that motivation.

Did get some results back including low ceruloplasmin. That shounds a bit scary as it could mean wilson's disease (incurable, fatal) but being low on protein and having liver problems can also make that be low and I have both of those things so hopefully those amino acids fix this. They could really make me feel a lot better. Can't wait to take them although it'll be scary too. Intend to start around 12 tomorrow. Don't wanna start too many things at once.
