So guys who always swipe right will just... continue to swipe right. Only now they're gated by not only matching with females but also for the females to make the first move. In the case of matching up with multiple dudes in a spree, the female will now choose who to engage.

Right turns are muh, much easier and quicker to make. And not even close to a majority have their own lane. And I live in a capitol city.
If it's not a highway, shut the fuck up and drive. I need to turn left in 15 blocks, so I'm getting left because I'll be fucked it I try to lane change later on.

If it's a city street with a bunch of one ways, correct, left lane speeding doesn't apply.

But for suburban stuff like this, it does. Right lane gets a lot of slow down from people going in and out of various parking lots, and there's a turning lane in the middle for people in the left lane to deposit themselves out of traffic.

Men make more on average because they're more willing to work during surge times (ie, weekends at ~2am), because the average male uber driver has more experience than an average female uber driver (so they're able to take shortcuts/"local routes"), and be more likely to speed which is also higher money over time.
