What matters most: - Sticking with it, and starting. - Working out all muscle groups at least twice over the week. Allow for 48hr recovery (if you do legs on monday, don't do them tuesday). If you want do it 3 days a week a la Starting Strength, great. If you want to do upper/lower 4 days a week, also great. Daily? Knock yourself out, program accordingly. - If cardio is part of your routine, and it should be, do it after lifting or on another session. Fatiguing yourself from cardio and then trying to do a heavy lift is an unsafe idea. - Compound lifts first, accessories and isolations afterwards. Ain't no shame in just the bar; get good form before feeding your ego. - Be proactive. Have an idea on the sets, reps, and weight you plan to do, generally 3 sets in the 5 to 12 rep range, with a warmup set at about 66% working weight. If you complete your sets/reps/weight! Great! Increment up next session. If you don't complete it all, so be it. Chill at the previous plan next session. If you fail for 3 consecutive sessions, rank down or mix it up (lower weight, more reps usually) JustMyOpinion posted... Was super bloated Sure, Jan. You also stop leveling up midway through Act 3. So you feel little pay off for doing frustrating side quests and since you aren't getting any stronger you have to use cheese tactics instead of just leveling your character up to be able to stand a chance against the ridiculous nonsense they pull later on I actually liked this decision. Level 12 is the max. It's good to enjoy being at max power for the last leg and then I know I should start hurling consumables all willy-nilly like Haste Grenades and spell scrolls. I think it's bad design to give your characters their awesome skills that they can only enjoy for like, only the final boss fight (Rydia Meteor, e.g.) House of Hope was an awesome segment, and I liked the Raph fight. Also, that battle music, lmao. Yes, some of them have a gimmick you need to figure out and die for, but I think that's better design than something that's just puntable right out of the gate. Like, the Orin fight took me a few tries to deal with the punting those people with Sanctuary off the cliff. I'm planning on doing a second playthough in the medium future, actively using Laz and Astrarion and being evil and stuff. This is either via your weapon loadout or build, or even the map/arena will provide you with elements you can use to approach the fight from a literally different angle/strat.

"Denial of federal funding for defense/infrastructure projects" is probably the most effective thing the federal government can do about this, although it will negatively affect the most vulnerable populations (which the GOP loathes) the most and take a few years before the effects are felt. Who tf hasnt been near a pool or body of water? I was a boy scout summer camp counselor for 5 years. Every year, for a week, we had "urban week" which is where a lot of the lower income, inner city kids who have literally never seen a daddy long legs in their life getting thrust into outdoor tents. Less than 10% of these kids knew how to swim, which also meant they weren't allowed in any sort of raft or canoe. The counselors assigned to the pool and waterfront generally loathed that week, lmao. There was a lot to be vigilant for! But, after 1 or 2 hours per day for 5 days in a row, a good swath of them were able to doggy paddle and stay afloat in the deep end without freaking out and being a literal hazard to their friends. Most leveling builds are pretty straight forward; pick a skill theme and run with it. Around level 30 you'll start getting a lot of Uniques which you can extract and plop onto other gear as you see fit, ideally grabbing traits which leverage the skills you already use. Endgame is a bit of joke, but the journey there is a lot of fun. I got to level 100 with my landslide Druid and got my glyphs up to level 15 by running nightmare vaults. Never beat a level >90 nightmare dungeon nor killed Uber Lilith, but I play solo and the amount of farming I'd need to mess with to not get one shot there was just too much lmao. Beat a bunch of 80-89 NMDs and had Duriel on farm (not that he ever dropped good stuff...) --- Remember that I won't rest, 'til we share the same tense Just know, to me, you're better late than never again. |

I'm a pretty light sleeper. He snores somewhat frequently and he enjoys having a nightstand fan going full blast on his face and I find that much stimulation stirring.
Different bedroom is simply optimal for us. We'll share the master bed with the same set of covers when we actually go to bed at the same time.
