I LOVE dumbbells. Sometimes I don't always feel like going to the gym. It's nice that I can get in a nice little workout at home.

Sardines have very low levels of mercury, making them a good fish to eat frequently. And they're fucking cheap.

Beans won't give you all that much gas if you soak them overnight.

As for eggs, you can always put sauce on them to make them taste better. Mustard? Ranch? Etc.

Eggs with sauce is interesting idea. Making them scrambled may be a good thing I haven't tried

Ideally 5, but on some weeks it's only 3 due to work/social life

Monday - Rest (because holy balls, a lot of people slack over the weekend and they compensate on monday so the gym is packed)
Tuesday - Cardio (quick session!)
Wed - Weights (upper body)
Thurs - Weights (legs/abs)
Friday - Rest; party time
Saturday - Weights (upper body)
Sunday - Weights (legs/abs)

This week is both Mardi Gras and Valentine's day so \_()_/
