And they're fucking cheap. Beans won't give you all that much gas if you soak them overnight. As for eggs, you can always put sauce on them to make them taste better. Mustard? Ranch? Ideally 5, but on some weeks it's only 3 due to work/social life
Monday - Rest (because holy balls, a lot of people slack over the weekend and they compensate on monday so the gym is packed) Tuesday - Cardio (quick session!)
