I remember not really getting into DS1. I like DS2 a lot. Havent played much of 1 but I'd imagine the inability to warp between bonfires would make the game a lot less enjoyable.

The level or world design of Dark Souls 1 is some of the best in gaming if not flat out the best there is.

The level design in Dark Souls 2 is boring and immersion breaking because whats the point of putting thought into it when you can just wsrp everywhere? Just make everything a straight line to a dead end with impossible geography.

It makes farming so much easier though and I appreciate that there are times you have to revist stuff like after you get a key.

I guess I'm ok with it. Bump stocks are a novelty imo are are mostly good for making noise and blowing through ammo. If banning them will make liberals shut up without doing any major harm to the gun community, that's fine.

I upgraded a dark sycthe to +10 and it's pretty sweet. Up to ~440 physical and dark damage and another 120 bonus from scaling.
I'm using that and heide lance as my two main weapons. Lance is cool cause I can stab with my shield up. Saved me from taking damage a buttload of times.

Also have an upgraded sunset staff and soul orb, great heavy soul arrow, and dark fog (amazing against bosses and invaders) attuned. Running hexer set.
