The clicky ones are Blue switches. Look for a keyboard with Cherry Browns. They have good action and are quieter.

Personally I think Red switches are crap. To me, they feel squishy like a membrane keyboard and defeat the purpose of mechanical. But you can try out a bunch of different switches at best buy.

Breakfast: 6 whole eggs
Snack: 2 scoops whey
Lunch: Tuna/salmon based sushi or chicken/white fish and rice
Snack: 2 scoops whey
Dinner: 8oz 85/15 beef or steak w rice/vegetables/potato/hamburger bun

Easy 200g protein. Literally 6-8 eggs and a ~1lb of meat a day. The rest changes based on what youre trying to do. Youre welcome.

Can you provide some detailed examples of why you find her so unlikable? I've always been a bit lost on why people feel so strongly about her in a negative. She seems ok. I mean, they're mostly all super flawed characters. Todd seems real lovable though.

man I counted up what I eat on an average day and I don't think I get past 100-120g of protein daily. I mean it's still probably good enough if I'm going slow and steady but whatever

yes I do squats and bench 2-3x a week, deadlift not as often as I'd like cause I'm always afraid I'll do it wrong and hurt myself, so I pretty much only do it once every week or so

the diet thing is tricky cause I have no idea if i'm over or under eating. I'm 6'3" and currently hovering around 200lb. I still have bitch tits and a belly, but all the visible fat elsewhere is almost gone. I've gone down from 230 since I started working out a year ago

I'd hate to eat too much and make my ugly torso even uglier, but I also have to eat enough where I'll actually pack on muscle. I've been going regularly and challenging myself with new workouts every couple of weeks in the hopes I can get rid of my fat while actually gaining muscle. cause the last time I went to the gym regularly, it was just to lose weight and that was simple since you just eat at a calorie deficit and can do a lot of cardio without worrying about heavy lifting too much

Eat at at about 80% of your maintenance and make sure you get close to 1g protein per pound bodyweight (you don't have to be as strict since you're carrying extra fat but shoot for minimum 170g)

Also in terms of routine, do something pyramid based like nsuns. Linear progression is important to start with but the standard 5x5 is very hard to do in a deficit. Pick a template that fits how many days you want to lift and your goals, then pick one of the accessory plans that matches it from the subreddit.
