Apparently cameron brate of the bucs basically had the same situation as tua where he got head hit, sideline was like "yeah okay sure" and put him back out there before removing him later. That because he complained about his shoulder and not his head they were just like "Yeah okay"

There is probably too much we don't know and will never know to say 100%, but my opinion is if they gave ime a chance to explain and this was a situation of "I hate my wife and we're in teh process of getting divorced so it should be okay" they wouldn't be contemplating a year off. Ergo, it seems more likely to me that this was a straight up bad affair or as you said, maybe just straight up disregarded a "no workplace dating" rule. I think the former, I am okay with a year off. The latter, I am not.

tbh even if you think it's overkill, I still applaud the org for making it known that this kind of behavior (If it was in fact an affair) isn't acceptable and trying to set a good example. I think it's better too much punishment than not enough.

Well, shows what I know. I thought last week would be equally bad to week 1 but nope, we had quite a few hit double digits. Leading the way however was @5tarscream with 12 wins! Upset of the week, only 2 people had Dallas over Cincy, the aforementioned week leader, and @kenrmcha ! Good job guys!

Conquest iirc was specifically touted as being made for the more hardcore people, so the implication to me is that yes, it was expected to be better gameplay wise

I hope this game gets a fair shake. The character design thing is exactly the type of thing that can give something way more negative press than it really deserves. I'm not a fan myself, but if the game plays good and has good mechanics, if the story is good, then I'm fine taking the good with the bad.

Can I just say, and yes I am biased as a panthers fan, but I feel like everyone is equating this year's team with last year's when they basically are not the same. Mccaffrey was out most of last year, we have him back. Baker is an upgrade over darnold. We upgraded the offensive line. We get our 1st rd pick from last year, arguably our best CB, back after he missed all of last year.

Last year's abysmal record does not reflect the team we are on paper this season. I get that if you aren't a believer in baker like I am then that hampers expectations quite a bit, but I think it's a stretch to say this team is flat out not good.
