Zodd3224 posted... We do this at home as well. Frozen mixed berries and kale are a couple more things we add. Nice. I will try adding kale when Im feeling more brave. Its a bit too bitter for me but I imagine it goes down better with berries. Do you use water or almond milk for liquid? |

| Cleo_II 12/28/18 4:55:50 PM #1 | I threw in some spinach, celery, frozen banana, strawberry and peach mix, along with some almond milk into a vitamix. Its actually pretty tasty surprisingly. Even my husband made a face when I gave him a glass but then liked it once he tasted it. Anyone else try it or have good recipes? |

Also not everyone drowns their salads in dressing. I always order mine on the side so I can control the amount that goes in. Its not rocket surgery. |

In another, I was totally blindsided and it took several months to get over. Echo the post above that its best to delete everything related to your ex and cut contact. |

Can't imagine beefing with her Eh, no one harasses me now but Im no longer as active or as popular as before. Back in the early days though I was either liked or hated and there were topics after topics of people expressing opinions (negative or positive). I didnt do anything but post occasional pictures of myself and post funny shit but somehow there just had to be the many posters who had to point out how I wasnt that pretty, I was average, an attention whore, so and so other Cegal was way prettier, etc. Some here might actually remember the incident that finally caused me to leave CE (it involved a very gross use of my picture). It takes a toll on a persons self esteem (especially as a young woman), which is why I feel for joe. But I also think she needs to do a better job of letting go of petty stuff and doing some more self reflection as to how her behavior feeds the same negative cycle. |

Companies arent interested in training their employees so much Im afraid. What you should be doing during your down time is more self development. Read books or articles, ask your coworkers for help or ask if you can assist them. Then you can shadow them and learn. Just because you finished what you were meant to do for the day doesnt give you a free pass to dick around. When my days are slow I try taking up side projects. Things that can help our processes be more efficient or ways I can help others. |
