blackvivi24 12/25/18 11:21:11 PM #1:	I have been cooking for quite awhile now but every restaurant I worked at someone else always made the soup so I never got much practice. At my review this year my Chef said he wants me to work on my soup game, I work in a fine dining type restaurant so my accesses to good ingredients is not a problem. SamsSung 12/25/18 11:26:30 PM #2:	Ddeok soup. It's basically rice strips mixed with meat, scallions, garlic, and meat. There's also korean chicken ginseng soup.
