This is a hard choice. Seeing so many people with a Switch kinda makes me want one, but I dunno. Should I wait for a price drop/updated model? 720p max when docking to a TV is a super let down.

Was thinking of maybe getting these crazy nice Audio-Technica wireless Bluetooth studio headphones:

But that's not true. It's 720p for handheld mode, and 1080p for TV. And 720p for a screen of that size is perfectly fine.

Its not 720p when docked.
Its 720p in handheld mode.
Most games are are 900p when docked.
Some are 1080p

Smash Ultimate is 1080p

Theres probably a list somewhere of the resolutions. It depends on how demanding the game is

Those headphones look pretty great, but a Switch is awesome too!

I have one and it's been pretty entertaining. I put 100 hours into 3 games out of the 15 or so I tried so far. It's been worth it for me as far as entertainment.

if nintendo & third parties can keep up with releasing solid games on the switch each year i think it might end up being the best nintendo console since the SNES.

i have my switch complaints but honestly the switch feels like a game changer (no pun intended), it is the biggest development in gaming since broadband internet imo

Ended up getting the switch! The guy sold me a brand new switch(still sealed) with Rocket League and Super Mario Oddesey for $280.

Dont like rocket league so exchanged it for Smash at Best Buy since it was still sealed.

So...got 2 games and a switch for less than the cost of the console alone and paid no tax. WIN!!!
