| Cleo_II 07/22/18 12:44:52 PM #11 | I like to make simple pan sauces with my steak or chicken. Once the protein is cooked, I cook some shallots in the fat, deglaze with some white wine and let it reduce. Then I add cold butter and Dijon mustard. Salt and pepper and youre good to go. |

I didnt start coming out of my shell until I was 16 or so. I decided to stop giving a shit about what other people thought about me. I also worked a lot of customer service jobs on the side. Ive learned to develop empathy for people. And I know how to adapt to my audience. Some of my clients are very matter of fact, straight to the point people. Others are more talkative. I know how to deal with each. |
