I quit a few weeks ago. This expansion is a let down. Im in a guild and we do heroic raiding and mythic plus. But week after week of no good drops and shit from the vault has made me feel less compelled to play. Not to mention that I got tired of mythic plus back in BFA. Its just not gameplay I find enjoyable.

The Maw and Snoreghast also really bored me. Nothing about the expansion really kept my interest. It will be interesting to see what they announce tomorrow at Blizzconline and if Ill be back next patch. I went back to playing FF14 after taking a break for several years and Im finding it much more enjoyable. So many better QoL features.

I didnt think its as bad as people make it out to be. But no way am I paying $60 for it.

Where is the childs mother? If my husband ever said that to my kid hed be served divorce papers so fast and Id be getting sole custody.

In all seriousness, I do feel for folks without power over there. Been through it myself a few times in the winter in Montreal. Its no fun whatsoever.

Yes before coming back to this company I was at another toxic one for a few months. Pay was good, benefits great, including way better maternity leave. Only I knew the stress from that job was so high, I wondered if I could ever get pregnant there anyway.

I quit before lining up but we were in a good financial position and I knew I could find something fast. Had 3 offers before I went back to my old company (for way better pay).

Worth it for my mental health.

World Cup. 2026 might be my year to go.

Ive always wanted to visit Vancouver! Its definitely on my list of places I plan to travel to. Ive never been anywhere else in Canada but Quebec/Montreal which is sad. Never been to Toronto either.

Yeah Montreal has some great restaurants that spoiled me. My husband was an American chain kind of guy but I introduced him to some nicer placers when we started dating. Its not something we do all the time (especially now) but fun for special occasions.

The glaze is lemon and I can taste both blueberry and lemon in the cake

Now trying old fashion but again it was sitting on top of the vanilla glaze this time. Most of the glaze is stuck under and vanilla is destroyed. Really disappointed with how they stacked them. Theyre amazing donuts but need to leave them flat in a box.

So good! You could really taste the blueberry and lemon. It wasnt overly sweet either. And the cake was delicious. Nice crisp outside and chewy inside.

Only negative was that it was sitting on top of the chocolate glaze in the box and the glaze ended up stuck underneath. I scrapped it off so it wouldnt mess with the flavor. Poor chocolate one is sad looking now.

How horrifying. This shit needs to stop

Im so full after eating one lmao. I will probably eat another later today and reheat the rest tomorrow. Not ideal but man theyre filling.

Verdict so far:
Sea salt brown butter was very good. More of a savory donut but the cake itself was delicious and super fresh. You could really taste the butter. It was slightly crispy around and soft and buttery inside. Just all around buttery goodness

Cookies and cream: good though it tasted more like a chocolate donut with vanilla cream glaze. Not much cookie really. A bit too sweet for me but yummy overall

Just go with Dunks. KK is significantly better, but unless you can choose it's just not worth getting a butt load of donuts you may not want.

Dunkin also doesnt allow you to pick what you want :(

We both work from home and neither of us ever feels like driving anywhere. Plus all the good spots are 15-20 min away. We get dashpass for free so free delivery on everything and reduced fees make it worth it for now. Most drivers use a bag to keep things warm.

Ha! Im lucky to be surrounded by donut places. When it comes to food though, its more generic fast food places which sucks.

Also, looks like the votes lean fancy so I ordered some! Will post pics when they get here. Theyd better be worth the price. Ill just tell my husband theyre for valentine weekend, yeah thats it.

To answer the question, I didnt know anyone. I applied to maybe 50-100 jobs and got two interviews out of it. Got offers for both and picked the highest paying one. I looked at every job board I could.

Why not?

I dont know much about the public health field, but with new grad roles for software engineers we are flooded with so many applicants, we wont look at anyone who doesnt have at least a couple of internships.

We are an at will state so its perfectly legal. They also are not required to pay the two weeks either. Its shitty to do though and most companies dont. But this is a shit company so

4.5 weeks but they are trying to give me as much shit work to do before I go and dangle a promotion next year as my reward. Like jokes on them, I will face roll until I go and have them pay me while I line up other shit lmao.

I was at the hospital the other day for early contractions from whats most likely stress. I am not going to risk my child for this shit company.
