Anyone ever have Turkey Jerky? I bought that once and felt sick after eating it. That was a strange experience. I'll pick it up at Costco occasionally. Not bad, texture seems chewier than beef jerky, IMO. My Costco always seems to have a "terriyaki" flavor. I'd like to try it peppered some time. On topic, turkey bacon's ok. You do get to skip all that cholesterol in the pork, but in the comparisons I've done, the sodium and other shit is pretty comparable so I'm not sure how much better it is.
