Just make a bunch of applications with my fake people and schedule interviews that they obv never show up for. I like to try to get them all in the same day too because I notice it hits them a lot harder when it is "when it rains it pours" day rather than when I trickle it throughout the week. I don't do the hiring, I just make fake people.
