Makes it seem like they want more. My grandma does this shit too. Is this just a boomer thing bc they don't know how to text or email? She's a passive aggressive person to begin with, like in person, so when I first started texting her (I used to share an HR office with her so it made sense to share numbers) I kept thinking she was annoyed lmao. In her case I usually read the "..." as an eye roll and then the phone being tossed across the desk. I guess it didn't help that I physically saw her do that with someone else. And seeing the comment a few above me reminded me that my mom used to be the ALL CAPS typer lol not texting but any email she'd send from her work computer wOULD JUST BE ALL CAPS because she said she uses caps for everything work related.
