Since then, I've pulled all of proofs and documentation, and filed a formal complaint and have also filed for a civil suit, for anyone interested the case is filed in Saint Clair Michigan and was filed 11/27/23. But the money is still sitting there in the account and Jhirard continued to say it's going to organizations that it isn't in fundraisers in 2023 after he claims he already knew it wasn't.
