Then you hunt him down and kill him because his anger towards Yevon made him a monster But.... Yevon is an evil corrupt religion that is lying to the people and fucking them overso surely Omega being a traitor makes him a good guy? What did he actually do? Literally 3 of the 4 Maesters are guilty of mass murder and genocide Yevon lies and kills people all the time. The only reason to exile him would be if his actions were a threat to their lies and power Sure I'm not arguing that Lulu should have brought Omega Weapon back to Bevelle so they could show Shelinda what they really think about the art of anthropology. I'm just saying it's interesting to think about what he did when he was a man and the realization that he might have actually been a good guy. He might have been trying to do what Yuna tried to do and reveal the cycle of death and false hope Yevon brought to Spira once he found out the truth.
