I haven't played Gen VI, and I was saving Flabb thinking it was really cute and having the wrong thought that it was Floette-esque from what I remembered watching on the anime. Floette was eliminated immediately after I looked her up and realized: "Oh no! Floette was the one I had to save!" I agree, Floette is the best in its line, but it was too late for me to realize my mistake. Floette isn't that much different in design from Flabb. Also, there's a special Floette form known as "Eternal Flower Floette" which is owned by a character from Gen VI called AZ. This is the special Floette form: https://cdn.bulbagarden.net/upload/b/b4/AZ_Floette_PG.png The form is also different from regular Floette for having increased base stats over the regular form. It still hasn't been officially released in any Pokemon games after nearly 5 years. Maybe switch over to 10 eliminations per day until we reach the top 200. We're also getting close to the top 200, which is when I assume we'll switch over to 2 saves being required to be safe. The previous Save My Pokemon started with 721 Pokemon and we switched over to 2 saves to be safe with 180 Pokemon remaining. | LusterSoldier 02/15/18 7:22:42 PM #92 | We've had a total of 4 straight rounds lasting under 3 hours and they all occurred with 10, 9, 8, and 7 saves per hour respectively. It's clear that simply reducing the saves per hour by 1 every round isn't doing anything to make these rounds last longer. The ideal length for a round is about 4 hours, which is enough to give most people 3 full sets of saves assuming they show up during the first hour of a round. We started the contest with 807 Pokemon and 10 saves per hour, yet we're down to 400 Pokemon and we only went down to 7 saves per hour. If you don't show up within the first 15 minutes of a round, you probably won't get a third set of saves.
