Okay, so you're just making shit up that I didn't say. Cool! Let me make it very clear for you, then: There is absolutely nothing wrong with announcing your identity to the world. Go for it if that's what you want to do. By the same coin, however, there should be zero pressure on you to do so because that's what you do when you're gay or trans or any other number of things. I don't like to pull out my identity in topics like this because my arguments are equally correct regardless of who makes them, but I'm openly pan and I crossdress and my partner is openly non-binary. You need to stop reading the worst possible intentions into what I say for no reason whatsoever.

if they want to share their pronouns let them.
If they are making being gay or lesbian their personality in your eyes so be it. Just dont make a fuss about it and let them do whatever its their life not yours do what you like and stop criticising why do you care enough to make a topic theyre not effecting your life whatsoever

The 9-1-1 topic, obviously, but I know nothing about the context. I'm talking much more generally about angry mobs of terminally online people demanding that authors stop "queer baiting" by not explicitly stating a character's identities, and even more specifically about that demand actual human beings announce their identities because they're otherwise "appropriating" an identity that they may be in proximity to. If we want to treat not being straight or cis like the unexceptional things that they are, we should not have the expectation that they MUST be announced.

Some people are gay or trans or any other number of things and don't feel the need to announce it to the world, and there is nothing wrong with that. The same should go for fictional characters and (I don't know why this needs to be said) celebrities. You do not need to perform your identity in order to be valid.

What if, imagine this, we had a system of elections called primaries where, now hold on, we can vote in people we want to represent us? What if, wild idea, we can start at a local level and install people that we agree with and filter that up towards the top? Cause, now understand this, decades of foreign policy is not something that can flip a switch like that.

Also, congress controls the purse strings. So again, elect people locally that will do what you please.

I've tried multiple times (even recently) to get into the remake but I don't know, maybe it just hasn't been the right time. I want to like it, but the fixed camera angles makes it tough to enjoy.

They definitely require you to think a bit differently than a traditional controlled camera, but after a few hours you won't even think about it

I find that it tends to be overrated by people that see it as a return to the horror roots of the series when it barely pretends to be a horror game more than any of the other REs and executes its ideas in really poor ways before devolving into the same shooter that every modern RE is except in an engine that is decidedly not made for precision movement and aiming. The most underrated RE is probably Revelations 1 or 2.

If you want to transfer from Gen 3 upwards, you are going to need an original DS or lite.

Depends on what you want. Black 2 and White 2 have exclusive functionality with the 3DS via Pokemon Dream Radar, and Gen IV games have exclusive functionality with the original DS/lite via Pal Park for transferring from Gen III. The DSi is definitely the best system purely for playing Black/White due to screen size and no pixel distortion from the 3DS models (I cannot possibly stress how absolutely crisp Gen V looks on a DSi), but you should keep the others in mind as well.

Capcom had zero interest in localizing it, so Nintendo did it themselves because they wanted a launch title for the toploader.
