I actually can't think of much reason why George/Maria/Eva/Hideyoshi/Rosa shouldn't work. I assume the author may have overlooked the possibility of two different different people killing Krauss and Natsuhi on the Second Twilight, or didn't fully consider all the implications that would have.

Episode 4 is the longest by a decent bit. The others are all relatively similar in length assuming you count Tea Parties and ???; the gap in word count between episode 4 and the second longest (3) is greater than the gap between the second longest (3) and the shortest (7) episodes.

Episode 8 does have the interactive aspects though.

Awakening was above the fodder-line and just slightly weaker than the original Xenoblade as of 2015 (both narrowly lost to DKC2), and there's a decent chance Three Houses is stronger than Awakening. So yeah, I don't think this is too bad for a 2010s game.

Xenoblade X beat MM3DS in 2015. Xenoblade X is gonna be a step down from Xenoblade so Three Houses probably beats anything from Nintendo 2015.

And of course Twilight Princess is stronger than these games. It's like a top 20 game. The number of 2010s games that would beat it could probably be counted on one hand.

Twilight Princess HD is another matter though!

May (Pokemon RSE) - Mid fodder

I had very little confidence in Ethan, so yeah, don't think much of May either. Prominence in the anime might make her her sort of recognizable but most people of gamefaqs age had already jumped ship so I don't think they'll care much. Certainly better than Brendan though; I would low fodder him.

Octorok (Legend of Zelda series) - Low fodder

I think Zelda enemies aren't actually much like Mario enemies. The latter have relatively consistent character designs and get frequently put into spinoffs and are sometimes even playable in them, plus their species get to be party members and NPCs in the RPGs. Most of the Zelda reoccurring enemies are just kinda there and often aren't easily recognizable as being the same species from game to game. The generic Zelda things people might actually care a little about are more likely to be Gorons and Zoras, I think.

Frankly I probably wouldn't even remember that those things are called Octoroks if it weren't for CDI Zelda and even then "I'm so hungry I could eat an Octorok" isn't much.

Jade Curtiss (Tales of the Abyss) - Low fodder

Solid low fodder at this point, yeah. Not sure I trust those fourway polls where he got last place factored as saying much even back then although he was so miserably awful there it does seem likely he boosted at some point. Maybe the 3DS port helped.

Lloyd has more or less maintained strength. Kratos has not. Do I think people care enough about Mithos that he'll hold up all these years later? Nope! Just don't think people really care about him compared to the well-liked members of the party so he's bound to collapse all these years later.

Nah, if you used save states (other than maybe strictly as a temporary save while you go do something else?)/rewind, you didn't really beat it - for better or for worse. Might be the saner option in Ninja Gaiden's case, if only because sending you back to 6-1 if you lose to the final boss sequence blatantly breaks the game's own rules.

Still, that doesn't mean I've beaten Ninja Gaiden legit, and neither did anyone else who save stated before the final boss because they didn't want to deal with that bullshit. It seems ridiculous people are saying otherwise? It's okay to not beat games! It doesn't make you a bad person. Why lie?

I suspect Handsome Jack's not gonna last at mid-fodder; Borderlands doesn't seem like the type of franchise that would keep strength long-term without well-liked new content and Borderlands 3 doesn't seem to have gone over too well. Wouldn't be surprised if he's around the border of mid-to-low fodder, though I'll support him at mid for now. His series at least got a high-profile new game that wasn't outright hated a few months ago; that probably isn't bad for him. Do him again a year or two from now and I might be less generous.

I kinda doubt the translators really knew much in detail about what was in the second or third game when translating the first one. Having the team read through these two other games as well just to translate the first one when it's far from a guarantee that anyone outside Japan was even going to care about this weird lawyer adventure game might not have seemed like a good use of professionals' time.

Wasn't shown on Toonami until 2014, after the Adult Swim revival, by which point anime on U.S. television no longer really mattered to the gamefaqs demographic.

And while the new Broly movie was certainly shown in U.S. theaters and earned good money, I think it was mostly shown as special events or in weird arthouse theatres. At least in my neck of the woods, I don't think it was like a new Hollywood movie where you could go to any normal theatre during the month or so after its U.S. theatrical release and reasonably expect it to be showing that day.

Broly (Dragonball Z) - Mid fodder

The Broly movies never actually played on Toonami back in the day, to say nothing of all the local channels the show was on. An anime character that appeals more to the hardcore fans than the casuals who watched it on TV when gamefaqs' main focus has always been games doesn't sound like a success to me. He did have some popularity regardless and he got that new movie I haven't seen that people apparently liked and he's still in DBZ games and stuff so I guess that might save him from Low, though.

The Mask (The Mask) - Low fodder

We all know Ipkiss would would exterminate Broly in a real fight as was correctly voted here many years ago but yeah he's not worth much in this context.

Koopa Paratroopa (Mario series) - High fodder. Koopa Troopa does have original Super Mario Kart going for him over Paratroopa for worthwhile appearances but I don't think it really matters. So yeah Paratroopa might be marginally stronger.

Gotta say though. Goomba being Fodder line and Koopa Troopa being mid fodder don't go together well for me, I don't think there's a big gap at all. I could sort of see Goomba as barely fodder-line and the Troopas a tier below but not more than that. Re-nominate Koopa Troopa.

Mecha-Godzilla (Godzilla) - Low fodder

Godzilla simply does not matter much to most of this demographic, I think. The 1998 movie bombed, I remember some animated series after that that was supposedly decent but nobody ever mentions or cares about it outside Godzilla-specific contexts, and by the time the newer stuff started getting big in the west with the 2014 movie and followups hit everyone was too old. The Godzilla name and the plethora of older stuff are worth a little but none of it was a cultural event for the gamefaqs demo - and any individual older work will only have been seen by a very small portion of users. I'd sooner guess Godzilla is low fodder too and has basically no fans here than that anything else from his franchise is better than low fodder.

Soma Cruz (Castlevania) - Low fodder

He was like the high end of low fodder the one contest he got into and while Castlevania in general has looked good lately, Soma's not a part of the games that have gotten the spotlight. Dawn of Sorrow got tripled in GotD so it wasn't at all strong either but at least for games it had the name value of its brand going for it, which Soma won't. And I don't think the GBA/early DS era is something people here are now generally going to be particularly nostalgic about.
