In my senior year, English was a blast because the teacher was a laugh riot. My brother had taken her corpse out to my parents' place in Lake City for burial and I had said my last goodbyes before he left. Lower left one never formed. I didn't know anything about it until about 11 AM or noon when I turned on the radio, and there was a special report on, saying something about planes hitting the Twin Towers and the towers collapsing. My parent suspected as far back as when I was 5 that there was something wrong with my vision - apparently I couldn't see an airplane high up in the sky, but could easily see the Goodyear blimp flying overhead.
