"Gamma males are the intellectuals or malcontents of the masculine social hierarchy. Knowledgeable in their fields of expertise but resentful of existing hierarchies, they are likely to sabotage alpha males and the male pecking order in general. Gammas are perhaps the most book smart of all the male types, but tend to lack the social skills, money, looks or mental toughness needed to establish dominance.
Because intellect is their strength, gammas often overstress the intellectual side of life, believing that it alone should determine who makes it to the top. To gammas, it will often seem unfair that their intellectual inferiors are the ones to rise to the top. Many gammas consider themselves the secret kings who should actually be in charge.
Since gammas are usually resentful and dissatisfied with their position, others including women tend to pick up on their frustration and dismiss them. This can keep gammas from realizing their full potential, leaving them in a gamma trap.
Gamma benefits: Intelligence, sensitivity, idealism.
Gamma drawbacks: Unsatisfied with their position, frustrated, misunderstood."

Just awful.

Wow, what a psychopath

I got all 6 categories about equal, with a tiny point extra in Delta

So, I'm the OMNI-MALE... I AM ALL CATEGORIES

Delta males are the workers and doers of the masculine social hierarchy. Deltas form the backbone of the male part of society and consist of normal guys who show up for work and their lives, contribute to society, and take pride in those contributions.

Deltas are also the type that is most likely to move up or down the hierarchy as they develop their skills and their industriousness makes them indispensable. Deltas are the guys who get the job done.

Deltas are not necessarily interested in fighting for dominance with alphas and bravos. Instead, they tend to pride themselves on their competence and skill at work and their ability to get things done.

Because they tend to be frank and straightforward, expecting sincerity and decency in others, deltas may sometimes be exploited by friends, family or romantic partners who are associating with the delta to milk them for favors and resources rather than because they like them. Deltas would do well to remember that their earnestness and resources are likely to attract freeloaders.

Delta benefits: Security, structure, an uncomplicated life.
Delta drawbacks: Sometimes exploited in their relationships

Well, they pinned my ass to the wall.

Sigma males are the lone wolves of the masculine social hierarchy. They are the men who have chosen to live outside the hierarchy. Indeed, sigmas often turn their backs on many of the norms that society expects of them. They forfeit the benefits of hierarchy in exchange for the freedom that comes from pursuing their own path.
Sigmas can be hard to cooperate with and for this reason alpha males generally dont trust them. Bravo males sense that sigmas while competent are not interested in leading and therefore ignore them. On the other hand, women often find the self-determination and detachment of sigmas attractive, so sigmas are likely to do well with the opposite sex.
Sigmas are often romanticized in internet culture. However, opting out of the social order is often a high-risk play that is not guaranteed to go well. There is no denying, however, that when a sigma does manage to be successful, his lifestyle tends to come with a certain glamor and mystique.
Sigma benefits: Freedom from social obligations, enviable lifestyle.
Sigma drawbacks: Loneliness, no support network if things fail.

Nah, you're lacking context.

Just from the description they're using, I've actually got the social skills, money, looks and/or mental toughness needed to establish dominance. Because I've been pretty successful in life, in the aspects of life I actually care about. I'm definitely not resentful or dissatisfied with my position.

And "idealism" sure as fuck isn't a "benefit" I possess in any way. Nor "sensitivity", for that matter. Also, I'm pretty satisfied with my position, and relatively frustration-free.

And I only ever really feel "misunderstood" in the sense of trying to explain complex concepts to stupid people, not in the sense that term is usually applied psychologically.

About the only things that do apply to me pretty strongly are intellect being a strength, valuing intelligence as a measure of worth, and being disdainful of existing organizational structures... but that alone really isn't sufficient to categorize.

On the flip-side, "turning my back on many of the norms that society expects of me" applies pretty well. As does "pursuing my own path". Being unwilling to follow but also disinterested in leading? Check. Most "sigma traits" just boil down to "not giving a shit what other people think", which is generally how I've tried to live my life for about 30 years now.

About the only thing in the Sigma description that doesn't fit me is "loneliness" as a drawback, because I'm actually pretty comfortable in my own skin - so I'm fine with the idea of being alone if I need to be. But I've got enough of a social support network that it's not really an issue anyway.

(Though it's also worth noting that all of these classifications are mostly bullshit anyway. It's pseudo-psychology in the same way Myers-Briggs is. It's about on par with using astrology to determine someone's personality profile. A fun thing to think about when taking pointless Internet quizzes, but nothing you should ever take seriously.)

I had to take the test like 12 times to get Bravo.

It's a 2nd in command, not a BETA as we know it

Bravo males are the lieutenants of the masculine social hierarchy. They are usually found in close proximity to an alpha where they act as his trusted advisors and perform essential roles in the hierarchy.
Bravos are loyal and competent staff officers to the alpha, and in exchange get to enjoy many of the benefits of high social status. Bravos are usually well-liked by women and enjoy the privileges of rank while avoiding the intense burden of responsibilities the alpha has to bear.
Because they do not have to constantly fight for their position the way alphas do, bravos can also afford to be a bit friendlier with people. Bravos get many of the benefits of the alpha lifestyle while avoiding the downsides.
Bravos are crucial to stable male hierarchies as they enforce and coordinate the alphas vision to maintain order and structure.
Bravo benefits: Power, high status, freedom from having to constantly fight for their position.
Bravo drawbacks: Their power and status are dependent on their relationship with the alpha.
