The things people want are very much coming. "Random people" aren't for no reason, it shifts as you actually follow people like most social media platforms - especially so with the newbie platforms that have been opening up in reaction to Twitter, if anything it actually has a functional block button which the others didn't even launch with. It's also been shown that a functioning web version exists, it was online in the morning before they shut it off pre-launch.
