Remember those Xboxs at my Walmart. Yeah they were legit consoles for sale. My girl told me today there was 10 and the lawn and garden people there bought all 10 to resale.

My walmart has Xbox series Xs. Just scanned in 10 minutes ago. People have been lined up since before 7am go get them. It's annoying that people are getting fed info by workers so no one else can get them. I personally know one of the workers is using his family to scalp them too. Annoying as fuck.

They sent everyone home today and refused to sell them. Said they will be selling them tomorrow morning. Looks like I will be camping out tonight. *Sigh*. The things I do for kids.

They pulled Xbox also. The problem is Walmart is now openly selling them in store. So, I don't know how much I would expect the online restock. There is tons of people posting pictures of getting PS5s and Xboxes from Walmart over the past couple of days.

Black Friday sucked this year.

Walmart near me had 5 PS5s in store yesterday. They were there, I called to confirm. They said they would be selling them at 7am this morning. But I checked again before 11pm to see if any others nearby got them in and they were already gone from that Walmart. I figured either they sold them early because there were already people lined up, or they took them out manually. Either way, I wasn't going to get up ridiculously early on a day off when it seems like things aren't going well with these Walmart walk-ins anyway (I've heard stories of employees scooping them up through various means, people camping out for 12+ hours, parties getting multiple consoles and associates not stopping them, etc).

In other new, Brickseek is down for me right now.

It's not. It's been confirmed by managers across the nation. They are being sold in store now. I am literally going to camp out in like 9 hours for one.

Console camping used to be cool when everyone was excited to get home and play. Now you get in line and know half of them at least are going up on ebay.

Spoilers: This magical land of scalpers doesnt exist. I tried to scalp a PS3 back in highschool. This isnt new.

what is new is all the online only stuff making it easier to do it.

Early because senior early hour was 6-7 and they wanted to get it out of the way before they got there. They had 10 PS5s. 0 xboxes. They said they were selling xboxes this morning. I made him scan the barcode off brickseek because it says they have 6+. He said there is 23... But he said they were all sold yesterday. (Dunno how active inventory is sold yesterday). I wasted 5 hours basically waiting for nothing. Lady went off on him saying he was allowing workers to buy stock and he lied yesterday about having them this morning when he made them leave yesterday.

Came out at 415 and said "we have 10". No one knew what that meant cuz they didn't say what console. Then 4:30 they said it was a free for all. People in front of the lines were muttering they would shoot everyone here if someone got a ps5 before them cuz they waited since 6pm.

Then 4:40 came out and gave tickets to 10 people. Let them go in and get them and told everyone else to leave they had nothing else.

Fair enough. Just remember that your time is worth money too, assuming you're not retired/unemployed. I don't know what people are reselling at, but you might just want to bite the bullet and go that approach.
