I got in for the start but the drop happened st the end of my break. My only chance was being like, very first in line. Which I wasn't.

There was also apparently a huge GameStop drop today. A lot of success stories with both.

I am not sure how many of the gamestop consoles weren't bundles. What I can say is that getting consoles seems to be a ton easier now.

Got up at ungodly hours two mornings in a row for the Target in-store drop. Happened today. Had my finger on the trigger when it dropped. Didn't fucking get it.

I was going to post the Best Buy drop, but it was only to my knowledge Xbox Series X and I thought you wanted PS5. If it was both, then I oopsed.

Xbox got a shit ton easier to get. The PS5 Target drop also came with Xboxes. Both Xbox models were in stock for almost an hour in some stores near me.

Such a decision. Get from target now with red cardnfor 502. Get from Walmart later for like 470. Get from gamestop later with gift card for like 470 or get from Amazon later with gift card for like 430.

I'm currently waiting for FedEx to deliver this damn thing and I have a feeling they're going to say they tried and failed and take it to Walgreens. Seems to happen every time with FedEx.

If I had any choice of retailer I'd probably pick Kohls since they give you like 100+ Kohls Cash to use so you could basically grab a few games for free.

My system still makes the occasional clicking noise (like the kind you might get for the first few seconds after a big electronic shuts down after running for a long time) as late as 10 minutes after it's been powered down.

Sometimes when I've been playing a game for a long time (so far I've only noticed this with Watch Dogs: Legion) my controller will start to buzz and rumble a bit when I press L2. It's not a game mechanic because it will do it even on a pause or loading screen once it's begun and the only way to stop it is to close the software.

Anyone else notice these things?

PS5 here. The console is hideous. It was much too ridiculous looking on its side that I had to go with vertical. But, it's here and set up! Now to see if I ever end up playing it. I at least wanna play morales and demon souls.
