I'm ashamed to say this, while I initially really enjoy Arknights I have been forgoing it over Seven Deadly Sins these past few days, and they even gave me Ch'en too from a single pull.

I still think Arknights is one of the better gacha games in the market, but the more I play SDS the more impressed I am. One fatal flaw I have to mention though, it crashes like no tomorrow on a lot of device.

Even the almighty bluestacks crashes, so I had to resort to MEMU.

She and Specter def do different things though, it's not uncommon to use both in various stages; Specter's definitely one of those 5-stars that can hang with the 6-star lineup

Speaking of, I personally got Blue Poison from the banner which completed my Abyssal Hunters bingo (Even though she's kinda not really a member) so I was happy enough with that (Though that also meant I had to retire sadcat; sorry sadcat, there's a new no. 2 sniper on my team)

Oddly enough, I didnt need to spend much for max Texas. I got her pretty much every roll, and I was saving specifically for her. Also I couldnt buy much Originite Prime from the shop... Theres this bug thats keeping me from buying the same pack more than once, so as much as I would love to have bought that $99.99 option over and over, its unavailable for me :(

...Also they still havent fixed that bug. Ive seen other people whale, so why cant I :<

That's a currently airing anime, I believe. I remember seeing it when I was looking through them.

That's New Year Kokkoro, who I rerolled for (and someone pulled her on the first first single roll on this account).

She's supposed to be good, yeah, but I'm kinda drowning in tanks already, between her, Princess Pecorine, both Kuukas, etc.

The regular Kokkoro is supposed to be good too, but only at 6*, so she needs heavy investment.

Summer Kokkoro is best lewdest, but I've gotta wait on her rerun.

Gosh darn it. I lost interest on Arknight due to SDS, but the only way I get to play SDS is on PC since it's unplayable on my phone.

The worse thing playing it on PC is I can't actually play it on PC all the time compare to the flexibility of mobile phone.

Yeah, though I wouldn't fret. They seem to rather frequently swap in and out banners. Exusiai and Siege will both be back every now and then.

I made the mistake of spending my yellow certificates on rolls to try and get a guaranteed 5* off the last banner which turned out to be FEater, should've saved those for Seiba (though it's going to take a long, long time before I get more regardless). Come to think of it, can you get them from spamming Recruitment? I should probably be doing that if so.

Speaking of Vanguards, is there an overall preference between DP on kill vs auto DP? The latter seems like it'd be better overall since your Vanguards don't actually need to hit stuff; some maps have an abundance of weak enemies for them to farm but a lot of them don't. Both of my best Vanguards atm are DP on Kill though (Plume/Vigne).

@Galbias Is Plume really good? I get her tokens all the time, so I maxed her potential out quick. But I wasn't sure how good she actually was...

Yellow certs can be farmed from recruitment, yes. Specifically, using the tags to guarantee 4*s or better.

As such, you should max Gravel using Fast-Redeploy, Haze and Meteor using Debuff, Shaw using Shift, and possibly Doberman with Support (since Lancet-2 is in that tag and Ive seen the tag get thrown out even on 9 hours).

Auto vanguards are usually better, which is partly why Siege is so good. Courier is also used in damn near every vid.

Vigna/Plume (and Grani) have their uses on maps that start with slugs like the first Annihilation or against the weaker types of hounds, but theyre useless on maps like the second annihilation since that throws human-types at you right off the bat.

Yeah unfortunately, kill DP vanguards just aren't good enough. They should gain DP based on the unit they kill instead of just 1 DP, which is nothing, and it doesn't help they have to be the last hit. Their stats are also just not good enough to match guards or even other vanguards. Their biggest use is being an incredibly brief placeholder since retreating them should give back full cost. Grani is also great for the dodge buff if you have a Siege, which gives her some utility outside the few DP you might get with her.

probably not, she just happened to be the highest level when I started (the account I'm playing was originally someone's alt) and also has some bonuses from dupes

I've been using Eyja and Amiya as my two Casters, but I have Skyfire as well. Should I be developing her over Amiya? Seems like it'd be a good idea to have both a regular and AoE caster in retrospect.

defender/defense dps gives you a 5*
sniper survival
specialist
melee aoe
debuff

The good thing about Eyja is that she basically doubles as an AoE caster on S3, but yeah wouldn't be a bad idea to have Skyfire ready, AoE casters tend to be useful for quite a few areas

oof, squeezed out the last couple rolls from Pinboard Mission/Green certs and the guaranteed 5* was a Nightmare dupe after the last one was FEater. Glad I started with a couple good units because the game doesn't seem to want to give them to me now.

Curious, what do you find fun about it? I tried playing it for a bit but I found the combat really boring.

I can see how someone would find it boring, since the movement and attacks are automatic except for the ultimate skills, which you have to wait for the bars to fill for. It turned me off as well at first but I kept trying out a few team compositions and going through the main missions and I'm enjoying the strategy in that aspect. The team composition, and later on, when to use the skills that would be most beneficial, or not using them because you know you'd need a certain one later. I'm also enjoying seeing my team grow incrementally stronger both with leveling and ranking up. If I had a gripe, though, it'd be that the character levels are tied to your account level. If your account is level 39, your characters can only be 39.

I treat Priconne the same as other (semi-)autobattlers like FKG. Combat is fluff, the real value is in its characters and development. I prefer it that way over games that prioritize equipment/stat-whoring.

Granted, FKG is even simpler than Priconne since endgame FKG is largely these enemies will oneshot your party no matter what, have one of these characters and try to brute force your way through.
