Nope. "The Guy" was only made when I tried something different after Roman Reigns still referred to himself as "The Guy" in a promo before Roadblock last year. The short lineage of that title goes Reigns, Owens, Goldberg, then Lesnar, before merging with The Man title.

AJ has said elsewhere that he's going to stay with the 'E past his in-ring career. I can see them convincing him to stay a couple years on the road past what he is planning since he wants to go to the PC afterwards.

My line was a joke. But the actual response to you is that Vince doesn't particularly like Dolph. Dolph does grab the brass ring. He just can't ingratiate himself with Vince for whatever reason. Twice he's had massive pushes that Vince ended.

Well my assumption would be if Nak wins the Rumble then jobs face vs face at Mania he might not ever win it... and that would be sad.

Honestly, Nakamura is getting lazy and I have no problem with him never ascending to the heights of titledom.

And also, if Nakamura wins the Rumble, I would attempt to slowly push AJ back to heel or at least tweener. Cocky AJ is the best AJ.

Nakamura's been lazy for years now. Even in NJPW, he only ever really got up for the big spots. The issue is that it's just a lot more evident in WWE because there haven't really been any big spots for him except for his very first match.

Yeah, I think Nakamura is just saving himself for matches that, you know, matter. And I would argue that the matches with Jinder don't matter.

He knows he's got injury issues. Remember when he was on the shelf or doing very simple tag matches for a long time during his title run? I think he's not quite so willing to go all in unless he has a match that is special and, frankly, I don't mind that too much.
