I'm disgusted by Joe Girardi's refusal to trust his players. That's three times this season where one of his players has gone to him immediately after a play and said "Joe, challenge that." Three times he's declined and three times it's cost them the game.

Any manager can and will lose games by making mistakes with pitching substitutions and whatnot. Losing a game because you won't put the same trust in your team as they do in you is another thing entirely. Just sickening.
