Lori Loud is the oldest of eleven children. I’m also the oldest child in my family. I remember waaaay back, my sister Max complained that I didn’t know what it was like to be the middle child. “You’re the oldest, so you’re the oldest, and Toni is the youngest, so she gets all of the attention, but I’m just the middle.” So at least I won’t have to deal with that.

I do like blond hair, and Lori has an acceptable hairstyle. I’m not super into short shorts, but hey whatever, I can dig it. Overall, she’s one of the more attractive waifus of western animation.

Lori is “bossy, condescending, and has the second nastiest attitude.” Wow, what a wonderful waifu who I totally want to be with. This doesn’t sound like an unpleasant girl at all. In all seriousness, though, when was the last time you spoke with a teenager? They’re the worst.

As for her PWC, I can already tell that every interaction I have with her is going to involve her being annoying. If she’s as stereotypical a teenage girl as I suspect she is, then we’re going to have nothing in common.

Overall, I advise staying far away from this waifu.

Well, first, not everything in regards to superficial waifu look ratings has to be 100% consistent, and second, there's a difference between wearing pants and trying to look like a boy.

Makoto is an idol who attracts more female fans than male ones, and this is the point where I reveal that I have no idea what the normal gender composition of idol audiences is. Despite not really looking boyish at all, she’s called the “pretty-boy idol” because she’s into nasty boy things like sports. Also, unrelated, I just noticed on the Wiki that gives the idols’ blood types, what is up with that? That happened in Soul Calibur II as well.

Looks-wise, Makoto is completely average. I went through her extensive gallery of images and failed to find one that stood out in any real way, so I just chose a random one. I docked her a few points for being short, though. A lot of dudes like short girls, and while it’s not a dealbreaker for me, I’m not a fan.

Personality-wise, she’s energetic, honest, and boyish. One day she decided she wanted to be more feminine, so her dad enrolled her as an idol? This game sounds 100% realistic. Anyway, these are mildly positive traits. You might think honesty is a major positive, but ehhhh, I think we’re all mature enough to admit that sometimes you want to be lied to about your own failings.

As for her PWC, I suspect Makoto would not perform well. I’m not into sports, and worse yet, her hobby is listed as “collecting stuffed animals.” I hate having useless crap laying around. My apartment is basically a bunch of furniture with nothing sitting on it at all, and my game/movie collection and clothing all neatly filed in two separate closets. I like to be able to look around and see empty space.

Overall, Makoto is nothing special. I would not become a rabid fan of hers if I cared about the Japanese idol scene. Sorry!

Futaba is a reclusive hacker with severe anxieties in Persona 5.

Futaba is pretty dang attractive, not much else to say about it. There’s no way someone with social anxiety this severe knows how to dress like this and isn’t three-hundred pounds, and I say that as someone who knows a ton of people in the computer programming scene. Anyway, she nails the cute nerd girl look, has red hair, and she even owns a cool bomber jacket. That was an aspect of Spiderman: Homecoming I enjoyed, Vulture has a cool bomber jacket.

Futaba’s Personality is just a mess. She seems like a nice enough waifu, but she suffers from “suicidal depression, post-traumatic flashbacks of her mother’s death, a case of social anxiety bordering on agoraphobia, and does not attend school.” It sounds like she’s kind of a miserable person who’d redeemable if you work hard. And I’m gonna be honest, I have zero clue how to deal with someone like that.

On the bright side, she’s an excellent coder, and there’s always work for people who know computer stuff. With just a little more direction, she could probably find a job that doesn’t require going out and thus be able to contribute monetarily. Problem being that she hates going out, which will make doing anything with her other than video games and movies hard. On the bright side, she’s probably going to be like a cat, in that I can just ignore her for whatever length of time and not hurt her. Is that a bright side? It seems like it might actually be a negative. I don’t know.

With even a remotely normal personality, Futaba could have been a really solid waifu. Sadly, as it is, she’s both a slightly subpar one and has a name that’s unfortunately close to the worst genre of hentai.

Futaba always felt like more of a little sister to the P5 Protagonist, rather than an out and out love interest. The only ones who kind of felt like love interests to any degree were Makoto, Haru, Fortune Teller Girl, Shogi Girl and Punk Rock Doc maybe.

Iori has by far the highest PWC so far.

I’m aware that Iori is about the same age as the previous idols on the list, but something about her makes her look younger—and they were all already young. I can imagine her looking attractive when she’s older, but in some of these pictures she could pass for like thirteen. She also has boring brown hair. I don’t remember if I’ve said this before, but brown hair is the most boring color, and I say that as someone with brown hair.

As for her personality, Iori is polite and sweet to people she doesn’t know but quick to judge and act like a douche to those whom she does. She’s quick to judge, has a sharp temper, and is overall a tsundere character. Is there any more annoying trope in anime stuff than tsunderes? But seriously, no thanks.

I honestly don’t remember why I gave her such a high PWC. I must have had a reason, but damned if I know what it is. Let’s just pretend that it’s because I assumed that if she was a waifu then she would always be in nice girl mode with me, and we’d talk **** behind everyone else’s backs and laugh at them.

Overall, Iori needs to mellow out and grow up.
