Once you are obscenely strong, pass bills to lower the enemy levels back to base and then laugh as you Coast through the vast majority of the story content only to hit the near insurmountable wall that is post-game content. If you want to make your life a lot easier, grind out the item World citizens that give you an XP boost and stack them all onto one item so whoever is holding it gains like 10 levels per kill.
